I was totally devastated when my purse was stolen out of my car while I was picking my daughter up from her preschool. My house and car keys are separate because I tend to lose keys so the purse thieves now had our house keys and my wallet so they could see where we lived; unacceptable for the safety of my family and I. Thankfully I had already used David and his locksmithing services before, so I knew that I could trust him to come and replace the locks to the keys that were stolen. It needed to be done quickly so that they didn't break in the next day when I left so I called as soon as I realized my purse was gone. He met me at my house and replaced all my locks that same afternoon. I feel safe again, and it was worth every penny.

When I got home and realized that I had somehow lost the keys to my house I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do; I'd never locked myself out before and I didn't have any extra keys to get myself back in. Thankfully I still had my smartphone so I started doing research online for a locksmith nearby and found this wonderful locksmith company. The person that I spoke to on the phone, I think her name was Nicole, was super friendly, really helpful, and willing to send someone out right away so I was thrilled. When the locksmith showed up he was really nice too; and he had me back in my house fast and for a pretty great price in my opinion. I am totally happy with the service I received and will definitely be calling them again if I ever lock myself out again.

I had a lock that needed to be fixed because my key didn't work & David came to the house immediately! He had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! I'll definitely hire them again the next time I'm locked out of my house:)

We were getting a bit worried because our collections in the late afternoon do not get deposited until the next day. Nashville is a fun city with a low crime incidence, but one can never be sure. We decided to buy a safe, so we called Fidelity Locksmith. They were able to provide us the safe we need and installed it too at a very reasonable cost.
