I lost my car key yesterday but am back in business today for a better price than I could get from the dealer who I would have had to drive toDavid came in a half hour, set me up in minutes and was polite and personableI hope I don't mess up again soon, but if, or when I do, I will call David at Fidelity Locksmith!

This happened today 10/24/My car was broken into and my house keys were stolenI called them because it said 24hr locksmith servicesI placed a call at 8:00am and told them I needed to re-key the front door of my houseThey told me their next available appointment was at 11:That it was a $service call and the technician who is assigned will call meThe technician called me and said he would be here at 11:I called the technician back at 11:because he was not at my house and he told me another minutesAt 11:he still was not here so I called into Fidelity and they assigned me another locksmith and told me minutesAfter minutes passed, I called back in and informed them that a locksmith still has not shown upThey put me on hold and told me okay another locksmith can be there in minutesAt this time its after 12:and they're over an hour late for the appointmentI received a call from the other technician and he told me minutesI informed him that I had to go to work and that I been getting the run around all morning so if he is not going to be on time then I need to cancelHe said he'll be there in minutes and it would be around $At 12:he still has not shown up so I called in to cancel the appointmentThey claimed to cancel the appointment and minutes later a knock on my doorHe said it would take minutes to do as I was already heading out for workAs I called back into Fidelity to see why the appointment wasn't cancelled, he started changing the lock on my doorI told the technician this was a re-keyHe asked me for the house key, I told him that I informed the dispatcher earlier this morning my key was stolen and she never informed me that I needed a house key to have it re-keyedHe said the company will give me discountAt this point that he shows up its 1:15, they are over hours lateFidelity proceeded to tell me the cost is $because I didn't have the keyI told them I was not informed that I needed the key and I was told I would get a discount for the the technician being grossly lateThe supervisor told the dispatcher to give $offI told them that's less than what is advertised on their websiteTheir website advertises 20% off for new homeownersI didn't have time to argue with them so they gave me $off total for a total of $The technician during this time was changing the lockAfter he changed the lock he couldn't put the cover back on the lock because he put a lock that was to big for the door and told me to use glue to stick it back on and leftThis company customer service is very poor and the work was bad but since I was in a rush to work and my car was broken into I didn't have time to argue or fussSince my time and money was wasted from being misinformed and mislead, I hope they lose business over this post unless somebody fixes this situationI deal with customers all day so I can understand being minutes to an hour lateIt is unacceptable to ever show up to a customer house after being hours late once the customer has cancelled and the technician claims he never got a call from the office to cancelPoor customer service from start to finish

Excellent customer service, and a quality job installing a new ignition assembly and programming a new key for my ToyotaDavid is a great locksmith and very dependable to get the job done without ripping you offHighly recommended

This guy was awesomeHe's a really professional guyHe came on a weekend (couldn't get anyone else to pick up the phone), he had really fair rates too I've been having a problem with a difficult lock on my back door and he went ABOVE and beyond, seriously, he did way more than was expected to get it fixedI was in a bind and he really helped me out by making sure this cantankerous lock was properly fixed so my house was secure! I'll be contacting him again if I ever need another locksmith
