product to the wrong address (there is no MRamirez working at
FightFast), we will honor the return in good faith and refund the
purchase price
The item that was reshipped to this customer, and for which
he then did a chargeback (after being contacted and informed
that we had reshipped the product), can no longer be refunded
through FightFast
These funds are now held in dispute with the customer's bank
as the result of the customer's chargeback

We give away this $knife package for one reason to make people aware of other products that we sell
This customer requested the free knife, then ordered three more packages on 5-18-He provided his payment and shipping info and hit the big red "Upgrade" button
There is both large written copy and a video that clearly explains this additional material is not free
Out of 40,orders we've received for this product, there has been very little confusion
But even so, if this customer is requesting his money back our policy is, and always has been that we will return a customers purchase price for ANY reason, even no reason
Simply return the product within ONE YEAR and we will be happy to return all of his purchase price
