On 7/4/2016 this customer took advantage of our free TRS 5N1 Tactical Knife. This would normally sell for $30, but as a promotion, we give it away for free, asking only for shipping and handling to get this to the customer's front door.
We do this free giveaway hoping the customer will purchase other products from FightFast. Most customers do not order any other products. In this case, the customer also upgrade his order by adding the Advance Fighting Chance (Modern Warrior and Gun Disarmament) for $97 and also Comstocks Extream Survival Pack DVD ( American Badass Survival Guide 3).
It is clear on the webpage and in the video that this product is not free. We understand that some people change their mind after ordering. However, because we use an automated fulfillment system to process orders as quickly as humanly possible, we cannot cancel orders.
So to protect the customer's purchase price we offer a ONE YEAR 100% money back guarantee. We ask that the customer simply return the product for a full and fast refund.
No other company in the industry has a guarantee this generous.

They know I did not order these $129 + $97 but I'll send the 2 items back with tracking and sign on received P.O. form. They have to do the same have a tracking # and a received signature they can't say they sent it when they didn't. At this time those items have not been shipped. Any reputable company would have said they made a mistake and canceled both orders. Once you have a credit card # you can charge any thing without permission and participation.

The way that they got me to buy the extra junk was not right I wanted to pay the $7.95 with PayPal but I could not remember my password so I had to leave their site to find it when I went back into their site I did not notice that it had not cancelled the previous order of 1 lapel pin so it charged me for another one I did not use the PayPal account to pay for this charge I could not find my password so I payed it with my credit card after I accepted the charge it did not let me leave the site until it tried to get me to buy more I thought that I did not push the wrong buttons it asked three times so I told it no three times but I guess it didn't get it right so once it charged it I could not remove it this is my complaint it was charged and I could not change it period this should not happen you should be ,able to cancel the the charge

At this point we are locked out. The refund must now be issued by the credit card company.

I am rejecting this response because:The address I shipped the product to at Fedex was as follows:TRS DirectAttn: Returns[redacted] East [redacted] AveVisalia, CA [redacted]I have shipped several items back to Fightfast and each time the business states they never received it but on "Good Faith" would refund the money. While this is appreciated, the business apparently has someone at the above address stealing packages or signing with a false name.If the business would have replied to me in a timely manner as they have through the Revdex.com, we would have likely never been in this predicament. I am however unwavering on the following and my dispute will not be settled until the following is met:*Personal email from [redacted] apologizing for both the rudeness and arrogance of his customer [redacted] staff*I verify that a refund for the returned products are in my account within 10 business days from nowWhile I can't argue the business doesn't have great products, their customer service is heinous and needs serious improvement if they ever hope to do business with me again. If the business refuses to do business with me, that is their prerogative and I can't force them to do so. I do find it highly concerning after just one incident the company attempts to block your email, doesn't answer any of your questions, and the consumer has to resort to using the Revdex.com to settle a dispute, one that should easily be able to have been resolved as mature adults instead of involving a neutral third party. I also have serious concerns that a business would question their customer's integrity, especially when I still have several hundreds of dollars of dvd's and weapons I have purchased from the business. This is very poor taste and the President would do well to realize that while he does corner the market for this particular product, that doesn't give any business the right to treat their loyal customers like dirt. Furthermore, the business would do well to not take 10 business days (2 weeks) to reply to customers emails as it's only natural for a consumer to initiate a charge back; in fact, most would have done it within 3-4 business days. Finally, the business should explicitly state and mention charge backs or disputes in their terms in conditions because currently, they do not.

I am rejecting this response because: regardless of their money back guarantee, I did not authorize these purchases and therefore will not spend additional money to return the products.  I am confident that the actions I have undertaken will result in my not having to pay for these disputed transactions.  This could have been resolved much quicker and quieter if they had just refunded my money.  This way, Fight Fast gets a black eye, bad press, and yet another Revdex.com complain on top of their other 26+ this year.    Oh, and they're out a few bucks in costs of goods for their overpriced "products."  Notice how the company didn't address any of the points I made in the previous communication.  There's still no evidence that their fulfillment process is incapable of cancelling orders.  That's a lie.  They made no defense of their deceptive tactics.  Smoke and mirrors and unethical practices.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  Finally, Fight Fast seems to be confused about the concept of consent.  If a customer does not willingly consent to a purchase, then the purchase should not be made.  Consent isn't just important in personal relationships; it's also vital in business transactions.

tracking #92[redacted]   show us that the items were  delivered on July 2, 2016 at 2:32 pm. On 9/3/16 at 9:47 am Customer Service received a call  from the customer admitting that he forgot and in fact had not returned the items for a refund but would be placing them in the mail on 9/6/16 due to the long weekend. In this case, the customer did indeed purchase one of our three upsells. The price is clearly listed near the big red button that reads "Yes, I Want To Upgrade My Order."
We understand that occasionally in the tens of thousands of orders we receive that a customer will change his mind after the purchase.

Your business forces people into buying things with false deceptive advertising - not using confirming invoices to show customer price. took advantage of our "15 Brutal Fight Enders" free promotion where we send out a two-hour $97 personal combat instructional package for just $3.95.
He ordered it online. He put in the wrong address. He then ordered it again online and put in the correct address.
All this was done by HIM without FightFast customer service ever getting involved.
He then called our 800# and demanded a refund of the DVD that was sent to the "wrong" address he provided. Our customer service did that for him.
Apparently customer service could not get across to him that the credit would not appear instantly on his bank statement. That the $3.95 credit would appear in a day or two and there was nothing we could do about that on our end. That's an issue with his bank. FightFast had issued the credit, he would see it on his bank statement in a couple days. That's standard.
According to the customer the gentleman then became extremely "belligerent" and began screaming and cursing, at which point they put him on hold in hopes he'd calm down to the point they could again explain to him that FightFast had indeed already credited him.
He then hung up and began calling the office over and over and over again, screaming obscenities and telling the customer service that he would "keep this up all day long".
We have since issued him a credit for the other $3.95 (total $7.90) and kindly request that he please not call the office anymore.

As usual, these people are lying. I have taped recordings of each and every call to this company, which shows a total lack for me and their lies about the situation. I also have copies of each email sent to them and their reply to the one, stating, "We talked today (Dec. 1, 2014), and your refund was issued". To date, I have received no refund and it's been more than a couple of days. Plus, I never entered the wrong address, as my bank would not have processed a payment with the wrong address listed. The card would have been declined. Try making an internet purchase with your card and enter the wrong billing address and see what happens. But this is what these people do... they lie. The super rude customer service girl lied and said she was talking to her manager and then told me that she was the manager. Anyone reading this should avoide this company. I have docs and audio recordings to prove everything I have said and I'm willing to submit this information upon request. They lie and I can prove it. I have no reason to lie on them... they're rude and I will never buy from them again. Plus, I've been posting complaints all over the internet about them. Everything they say is a lie...

FightFast as been in business for 30 years because we give customers an opportunity to try our products and return them for a full refund if they are not happy.
I challenge anyone to find another company in this industry that offers a generous guarantee on all their products like we do here at FightFast. You won't find one.
In this case the customer took advantage of one of our many free promotional offers. He requested a free Lock Pic instructional package that included a free set of lock pics and a DVD package. It's a $97 package, but the only thing we asked was that he pay for the shipping and handling. $9.95.
We do that in hopes that the customer buys other products. Most do not. They simply get the free stuff, check it out, and are very happy to receive it. That's fine.
Some customers take advantage of the discounted upsells we offer. In this case, the customer requested a $97 upsell. There is nothing "shady" going on. This customer ordered a product by providing his credit card number and hitting a large red button that reads "Yes, Upgrade Me Now" with the price clearly stated on the webpage and in the video.
He changed his mind for whatever reason and, as requested, he returned the item.
We have a very efficient system for processing returns in which the returned product is checked in and transferred immediately to our main offices for processing. We almost always refund money for a returned product within 1 business day.
In this case, we have NO record of this return ever arriving into our warehouse. But after reviewing the tracking information provided by this customer, we see that the tracking shows the item delivered to our warehouse.
Our return system is a well-oiled machine, so I suspect that the item was left on the mail truck. But the tracking shows good intent, so we will issue a refund of $97 for the purchased upsell plus a refund for $9.95 for the shipping and handling on the lock pic kit.
So this customer will receive all his money back, but as promised this customer can KEEP the lock pic kit as our gift.

[redacted] took advantage of our free folding knife offer that also includes a "FastBlade" instructional DVD a package which normally sells for $97 but for which FightFast asks just $9.95 shipping and handling.
So far an estimated 30,000...

people have ordered the knife and "Fast Blade" DVD and most all of them are extremely happy with getting in on such a generous deal.
Some customers went on to order additional products from us as well, including [redacted] who "upgraded" his order with 2 other packages.
These packages are NOT free. To order these additional products [redacted] had to select each product using a large red "Yes I Want To Upgrade" button on the webpage where the price is clearly marked.
But we provide a safety net. [redacted]'s money is still protected since we offer a generous money-back guarantee on every purchase. He can simply return the product and we will refund all of his purchase price. No questions.
He has, in fact, one full YEAR to return the product for a refund. No other company that I know of in this industry is offering such a generous guarantee.
The only thing we ask is that the customer RETURN the product if they want a refund. That is not an unreasonable request. No company that I know of issues a refund without requiring the return of the product.
We further suggest as a safety precaution that [redacted] place a simple tracking on any returned items.
As of this writing we have NOT received [redacted]'s returned product into our offices. When we do receive his package, FightFast will of course refund his purchase price.
This refund almost always occurs within 24 hours of us receiving the returned package.

The website is very misleading. The red button upgrade appears more as a bonus not another c-note charged before you have a chance to cancel the 'purchase'.

It is clear on the webpage and in the video that this product is not free. We understand that some people change their mind after ordering. However, because we use an automated fulfillment system to process orders as quickly as humanly possible, we cannot cancel orders.So to protect the customer’s purchase price we offer a ONE YEAR 100% money back guarantee. We ask that the customer simply return the product for a full and fast refund.No other company in the industry has a guarantee this generous. It is advised that the customer not “refuse” the product when it arrives, as the Post Office often does not return the product back to FightFast.
