Fungai has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He has been like an angel to me, always ready to help in any way that he can with set up and installation of the gateway to helping me understand the fees and also changing the name of my business that appears on the receipt. Thank you so much!!

Fungai M is the absolute BEST! He's very personable and really cares. He is also very attentive. He's quick to respond to any of my concerns. After shooting him an email, he will call me within minutes! It's pretty astonishing. I also believe he cares about getting me the best possible rates. I highly recommend Fungai. I had a great experience with both Robert P and Janel W. After quite a miserable experience with their predecessors over a year and a half, our account must have been assigned to them and they hit the ground running. They took care of us with both efficiency and the level of patience and hospitality that I would expect from my hotel staff! Janel took care of getting the ball rolling for us again and Robert followed up continuously to make sure that we were happy with the results as we progressed along. I can now say that the new credit card system has been installed and is running well solely because of Robert and Janel. Anytime they want to come to Vermont, they have a place to stay!

My rates when averaged out were WAY higher than what was told to me over and over again on the phone when setting up. Cancelling the lease on the worthless equipment will cost me thousands. Worst scam I have ever fallen for.
