We are so sorry this response took longer than expected.From the start we had confirmation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Department of Revenue that the Sales taxes in question were paid August 28th, 2017.We have reached out to the customer via E-mail and await her contact

Due to the fact we have not seen this vehicle since September 2014, and the customer is not returning back to the Dealership for inspection of the marked tires First Hyundai stands by the offer we have made to have the tires rotated again or receive a store credit for the future

All refunds are subject to review by the Dealer PrincipalIn this case, the Dealer Principal rejected the refund for the product that was added to your vehicleWe have no problem issuing credit for products(warranties) that can be cancelled and refunded back to the DealershipWe stand by the $ 4,refund that has been madeNo additional refunds are due

On 9/12/First Hyundai Performed an oil change and tire rotation along with recalls and a complimentary multipoint inspection on [redacted] [redacted] First Hyundai is not in business to charge a customer for a service that was not completedIf [redacted] marked her tire, why is she waiting until now to notify us about it? However, we have offered for the customer to return back to First Hyundai so we could inspect the vehicle with her to determine if the tires were not rotatedWe have offered to rotate them again if she would likeWe have also offered to give her a store credit even though we feel strongly that her tires were rotated on 9/12/First Hyundai is offering to do this for customer satisfactionIt is also noted on the multipoint inspection that the technician noticed she had rubber valve stems on her tires and her Tire Pressure Monitoring System indicator light was illuminated on the dash due to tire sensors missing(If the technician didn’t rotate her tires than why would he note this?) We also gave her a $discount on that service visit and she was responsible to pay $First Hyundai doesn’t believe we should have to refund $back to the customer months after a service was completed but will be glad to issue a credit or another tire rotation as the customer watches it be performedAttached is a copy of [redacted] Multipoint inspection report and her invoice showing the discount applied and what she paid

We have reviewed the complaint issued by [redacted] on behalf of her daughter [redacted] and we are in agreement that the customer should bereimbursed the promised final lease payment and registration fee. The customer has forwarded paperwork to initiate the refund process.We admit it did take... longer than usual to process this sale—the customer wanted the vehicle registered in New Hampshire and had tochange her license over to that state before we could deliver the vehicle. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and do hope we have resolvedyour concerns.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] This is completely unacceptableI have a legal right according to the paperwork to cancel all warrantiesThe prices of the warranties were falsely represented to me at the time of purchase and when I realized I had been lied to I immediately went to the dealership and cancelled them within days of purchaseThis was reviewed by the dealership at the time and approved by the manager and the finance personI have signed paperwork stating my full refundThese funds were due to me back in October and were approved thenI only did not receive them due to the dealerships error in filing my paperwork in the proper mannerYou can not now refuse to pay me my full refund and short me $when it was already approved of back in October in writingThat is not legal and I am owed that moneyEvery one of my warranties states it may be cancelledIt is completely illegal and unacceptable to take $of my money for a warranty that was cancelled in OctoberI am owed this full amount as I currently hold no warranties on my car and have paperwork stating thisAs I said this was already approved of by the dealership, and it is not legal or right to go back on signed documentation and try and change something that was already done Regards, [redacted]

is NOT intended or promoted to people who have no interest in a vehicle and just want a free $ I can assure you, we have deleted your information from our system and if you ever are interested in a vehicle we would love to earn your businessAt the time, the promotion did expire but Hyundai did renew the offerAt this moment in time we will not honor your request for the $gift card
