This is completely unacceptable. I have a legal right according to the paperwork to cancel all warranties. The prices of the warranties were falsely represented to me at the time of purchase and when I realized I had been lied to I immediately went to the dealership and cancelled them within 3 days of purchase. This was reviewed by the dealership at the time and approved by the manager and the finance person. I have signed paperwork stating my full refund. These funds were due to me back in October and were approved then. I only did not receive them due to the dealerships error in filing my paperwork in the proper manner. You can not now refuse to pay me my full refund and short me $670 when it was already approved of back in October in writing. That is not legal and I am owed that money. Every one of my warranties states it may be cancelled. It is completely illegal and unacceptable to take $670 of my money for a warranty that was cancelled in October. I am owed this full amount as I currently hold no warranties on my car and have paperwork stating this. As I said this was already approved of by the dealership, and it is not legal or right to go back on signed documentation and try and change something that was already done.

Providing customer a code with specific expiration date and deny it on site.

direction on How to Request a Refund.We must have a cancellation form on file with the customers signature. I can e-mail the customer the form to fill out and upon return I will cancel their policy. I would like to verify the customers e-mail address. I did call and leave a message Friday July 16th. We would need the current mileage. I have most of the vehicle information on file.Note any refund received will go to the lien holder; this is a common practice. I will do my best to help.

We understand your frustrations. It is our Bank policy; wire transfers must be done in person. The Dealer Principal did go to the bank Monday to wire transfer the funds to the customers account. Our Bank strongly suggested we wait 48 hours to make sure the check sent is in...

I am asking for a letter from First Hyundai to be sent to me stating all the information they provided verbally and to attach the [redacted] they got Friday afternoon. A correction is the accident was 2/23/12 not 2/23/15.

We are so sorry this response took longer than expected.From the start we had confirmation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Department of Revenue that the Sales taxes in question were paid August 28th, 2017.We have reached out to the customer via E-mail and await her contact .

We were in contact with this customer during the financing process. As of 8/12/2016 we did secure financing at a rate that pleased the customer. Working together; the customer has stated she is now satisfied with her purchase.

 I have checked today at 3:50pm with both the account info and corporate headquarters on the phone and they have no record of any check or any funds of any type from the dealership as applied or pending to my account at [redacted]. So either the dealership has sent it to the wrong account or they are not being truthful yet again, because I still have not received my refund and the [redacted] has absolutely no record of it at all. I have been paying interest on this for 6 months waiting for them to give me my money back and my patience for this and all of the lies I have been told over the course of 6 months is wearing thin. I want this money immediately placed into my account.

They did resolve my immediate issue but still left feeling very unsatisfied.

Due to the fact we have not seen this vehicle since September 2014, and the customer is not returning back to the Dealership for inspection of the marked tires First Hyundai stands by the offer we have made to have the tires rotated again or receive a store credit for the future.

Before I can accept this claim as resolved I will like a letter from First Hyundai sent to me stating exactly what they wrote to the Revdex.com and I would like the updated [redacted] Showing that the accident has been removed from the 2012 [redacted]

The day we received this concern we set into motion fullfilling the customers desired settlement. Our Finance Department had tried numerous times to contact the customer; leaving messages.We did advise the customer to register the vehicle in Rhode Island, proper documentation was proving difficult...

to attain; to register the vehicle in Georgia.The customer did return to sign the necessary documents and we were able to complete a proper Rhode Island registration.We do regret any frustration the customer endured and do hope we have made satisfied the customer with a valid registration.
