Improperly measured door has lead to a frame that isn't square and missing trim that has yet to be installedPaint chips have also not been addressed
The door that they measured for was the incorrect size for the openingInstead of framing in the frame to make it smaller, they just used the old door as inch shimsNow the frame is bulging out so the door isn't square and the frame isn't squareThey also installed the wrong sized interior trim and caulked it to make it look "correct." It doesn't and just looks like a sloppy caulk job to cover a gapThey haven't installed the exterior trim at allThere's chips in the locks and on the powder coated door itselfThe caulk line on the glass insert is sloppy

My experience with First Impression was wonderful Their sales and installation personnel were courteous, professional and highly efficient I would not hesitate to use them again

Customer service has "jerked me around" by promising to make repairs, then calling and rescheduling, then wanting to send me parts instead of service

We contracted with First Impression to install a security door over our rear sliding doorThe salesman came out to our home to measure for the job, and answered any and all question we had, and told us the door would take about weeks to manufacture, and we would be contacted for an install date, as we wereWhen the date came men showed up on time, did the install in about hours, they cleaned up when finishedBeautiful job, we are very happy

Designed door delivered wasn't door that was ordered
We ordered a security screen door from First Impression Ironworks on 12-6-Sales repersetive "Mr*** hand drew and completed a CAD drawing of the initial door ordered which was called MoozaOn Jan13th door was delivered with two installersI explained to them that it wasn't the door design that we had orderedThey had started the install when I explained the door doesn't allow in any light or ventilation and that it looks like a prison cell doorI told them that this door isn't going to work and that my Wife would be home shortly and make the final decision The measurements on the door frame were wrong, as well as the holes for the lag bolts, which one of the installers found out when attempting to drill one in and having it blow out the right lateral side of the exterior door jam

Purchased a custom door over years agoIt has been over years of finish issuesFirst Impressions has come out to "patch" the problems, but finish continues to blister and chipSad to have a really expensive door that has a finish which I believe had to have been improperly doneProblems started in initial months and have never stopped

We are very impressed with the quality and workmanship that went into presenting all that is available, manufacturing the doors and the installation, as promised. We love the look of both doors, the feel of greater security and the ability of having fresh air coming into our home and having the doorways secure.
We were promised a small container of matching paint (turquoise color) for covering several places but have not received it yet. Please follow up concerning this matter..

First Impression Security Doors did a great job on our new front door. We were very happy with their service and professionalism, and the door is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Everything was beautiful and the staff was extremely professional.

My husband and I called First Impressions as well as another company to get an estimate on outside screens for our windows to help reduce heat indoors. The salesman, [redacted], was prompt and conducted his business professionally. We already had the other company come out for their estimate and mentioned to him what the other salesman had said about how they mount directly into house stucco vs. into window frame. [redacted]'s answer about mounting onto the window frames made us question the other company and sure enough we contacted the actually window manufacturer to ask them whether we could, in fact, mount into the frame and they confirmed that we could. Based not only on that fact, but also the fact that First Impressions came in tremendously lower in price sealed the deal. Even though they have a minimum purchase price we went with them, since we're doing our windows as we can afford to do them. We had a change order on one screen that they didn't catch, but they,replaced it no charge.

Stopped in at their office/store on Thornydale/Ina in Tucson, AZ. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable. This company was awesome to work with and they where kept us informed from the purchase to the installation. I would highly recommend them.

My house had a First Impression Security Door on the front when I purchased the house last year. We decided to add security does to the back two doors because we liked to leave the front door open & secure to get a cross breeze in the house. So, because we had experienced the quality of the existing front door, we went to First Impression for our new doors. We chose a similar style & color for the back doors that we already had for the front, & the colors & style matched well. The representative who measured also fixed a minor issue with the front for. The installation went smoothly, & the result is perfect. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We had a good result with First Impression.

First Impressions Security Doors installed a front security door for me on Monday. It looks even better than what I had anticipated. I choose the slim model and it is flush to the entrance door, opens easily and lets in sunlight and air while giving me privacy and security. The salesmen, [redacted] and the installer, [redacted] and helper were both professional, helpful and so created a door that I love!

The Salesman we dealt with was very personal and knew the product well.

I love my new screen door. It is so beautiful. It is just terrific. They had not done the design I picked as a screen door very often, usually it was an entry way door. The paint color for the door closely matched the paint of the front door, and will not bother the home owners association. I feel very secure in the evening leaving my door open to get a little breeze. It was expertly installed. The lock installed at the factory was not the one I ordered, but it was changed out by the company within a couple of weeks. It had to be ordered. The salesperson was very professional and arrived at my home at the appointed time to take measurements and write the estimate. The technician called ahead before arriving to install the door and arrived promptly within the estimated arrival time. All work was completed quickly and the technician cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company. The show room is close to our house and it was easy to find and to view their product. Previously I had just seen pictures.
