The doors are exceptionally well made and the installation was done very well. The head of the bolts and screws used to mount the doors were also painted to match the door color exactly, nice touch.

We love our new Iron Doors, transom & Gates. They look great and the work was done very professionally. We bought security doors from First Impressions in the past and have been very pleased with them for the last 13 years. We decided to upgrade our front doors and are so glad we did.

I would like to say that I have been very dissatisfied with the customer service I have received from First Impression Security Doors. We ordered front entry doors 6 months ago and have been getting the runaround ever since. They still have not completed the work to mine or my husband's satisfaction. It is a problem with the glass for our door, and it has taken them 6 months to tell us that it is not possible to use the glass we picked. And according to them we received a good price on the door to begin with that we don't need an adjustment on the balance. Just because they gave us a good price in the beginning has nothing to do with what the issues are now with the door. They wanted to give us a $200 voucher towards our next order, really you think I will order from you again, not!

They did a very good job, there was a problem with one of the components, it happens. They took care of it right away and delivered what was promised within the original time frame. The installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. VERY SATISFIED

Interviewed three security door companies. Product material was of greater quality than the others. Price was even to others after the others added things to the door that was included in First Impressions. Was very impressed with quality of product when we visited the store to view a full size door. Delivery and installation was sooner than expected. Service tech very professional and quick. Sales person who visited our home gave great presentation. The installed door could not be improved on. Very please with every aspect of this companies services.

Had a security door installed, looks great.

We had our Security installed and we love it . The puppies were always trying to get out the front door and now they can look out with no problem they love to see what's going on in the front yard. My daughter has one too and she recommended them to us.

We feel so secure with the new door now we can open the front door without worrying

about who's on the other side. The only problem is some of our house keys do not fit the screen door.

We ordered two doors from First Impressions. The initial installation took all day as the installer did not seem very experienced. Overall the work was okay but not great. A couple of days later unsolicited someone from the company stopped by and asked if they could look at the doors; we agreed. He pointed out problems with the installation and told us he would see that they would be corrected. A couple of weeks later another installer stopped by and now the doors look great. We are very happy with the look of the doors and the fact that the company sent someone out to check on the installation and actually fixed problems, some of which I did not realize were there. We are very happy with the results.
