On 15/07/I signed up to receive a sample of Gleam & Glow Anti-Aging Moisturizer Cream and agreed to pay the $shipping costOrder # XXXXXXThe shipping cost was billed to my credit card with the description "XXXXXXXXXX*SkinNeeds help690.com GBR"
Looking at my recent credit card statements, I noticed two additional charges for "XXXXXXXXXX*SkinNeeds help690.com GBR" - one on 02/08/for $54.89, and another on 01/09/for $When I contacted Gleam and Glow customer support, they said I had not "cancelled my subscription" before the trial period ended so I was being charged automatially on a monthly basisThey told me that I had agreed to those terms when I ordered the sample, however no such terms were ever presented to me - not during the order and not after placing the orderI was never notified that there would be ongoing charges after ordering the sample, and there was never any invoice/statement/notification prior to each chargeI requested a full refund f

On August 13, I ordered a two trial versions from Gleam & Glow Skin Products (order numbers XXXXXX & XXXXXX)As I ordered the trial products, I did not see the Terms & Conditions, they were not made obvious and no where did I read I had days to return product or I will be charged $The product was delivered to my PO address and I was unable to pick it up right away as I was travellingI picked it up August 21, Even if I had been aware of the T & C, I did not have enough time to return the product with their supposed time frameOn August 31, I was charged $to my credit card which I believe, I did not authorizeWithin minutes of receiving notice of these charged, I contacted my bank, Scotiabank, and reported this and cancelled my card I have contacted Gleam & Glow and cancelled my "subscription." They did not offer nor did I receive a refund for the $even though I offered to return the product and advised that I was not interested in having

I tried the free trial and was unaware there was an day time limit, before I would be charged a subscription to the productI was charged to my credit cardI called them, and told them I did not want this product I wanted a refund I wanted to not be subscribedThey finally agreed to give me only half my money backI just want my refund and I dont want the products

On August 10, I ordered a "free trial" (you only pay shipping) for eye and face creamI paid with Visa Debit and received about a week or so laterOn August 28th I had two charges on my account from the company for and After doing some online research I see that in the very, very fine print (and NOWHERE on the confirmation email) you are actually signing up for a subscription serviceAfter calling I was told they couldn't refund my money but could unsubscribe me and send me a "free" productI held my ground and after mentioning the Revdex.com they said they would refund my moneyI still have to wait 3-business days to see if it actually gets refunded

I paid $shipping for a "free sample" of Gleam & Glow Anti-Aging Moisturizer CreamApparently it wasn't a free sample as the advertising suggested, but they then charge you $for in in weeks
I paid $shipping for a "free sample" of Gleam & Glow Advanced Eye TreatmentApparently it wasn't a free sample as the advertising suggested, but they then charge you $for in in weeks
Then another $charge went through and I called themThey said I was automatically subscribed!
So they got away with over $in charges I don't know where the fine print was detailing all of this, but it was well hidden
*** SNEAKY usage of your credit card info!!!
How can they get away with freely charging up your credit card and pretending you signed up for these charges'!!

On August 22nd I decided to try a free trial of ***skinremedy gleam and glow and *** skinpure gleam and glow anti aging moisturizer for $and $I actually only thought I was ordering the one product but somehow they both came into my cart at checkout without my awareness
I was unaware that this was an automatic renewal sign up trialI never received an email or anything in the mail stating my purchase or the requirements of the free trialAt no time did I authorize renewals and subsequent charges on my credit card
Since my free trial I've been charged $and $TWICE over for a total of $I better not be charged an additional shipment before this is resolved

I saw an ad for a free trial & decided to try it outUpon ordering, I was taken to various pop ups that unknowingly, was adding products to my orderI did not find out about the added products until after going through the payment processI decided to keep the items and try them outI received an email invoice for each of the items for a total of $I received the items and now I see that in ADDITION to the original amount which I was quoted, I have ALSO been charged another $because I was not aware of the day trial policyThere was no indication about this policy at the time of ordering, nor is anything listed on the invoice eitherAs well, I am now enrolled in an auto ship program where they will continue to charge me for items I do not want nor agree to pay forI have contacted the company about this and can get no responseI can not comment on the products, but the cost is too high with all the hidden fees

I ordered a free trial product from an online linkI only wanted one product, but there was a hook that made you say yes to another one - the eye creamThere was no back button, or information about how to delete order, or changeIt was charged and ordered before I could look further for more infoI thought I would get info with package about content, company, ingredients, etc but nothing was in the box, except productI thought I would research the product/ingredients when I had time (today), as I didnt like it and wanted to follow upThen I noticed the charges on my visa today from Nov ***I am about to contact to cancel my 'order' that I didnt authorize; I expect a full credit on visa
That there was no information about this upon initial trial order, or with product is clearly designed to catch people in a trap
The website terms & conditions say you are agreeing to this by or

In Aug this website advertised a sample of their product for small chargeI ordered the moisturizer and eye cream samplesOn Sep I noticed charges on my credit card of and I called Gleam and Glow and was informed that as the product was not returned with days I was automatically enrolled in their monthly subscription programI did not notice anything on their website advising thisThey would not refund the charges and instead offered a free bottle of product which I declinedI was able to cancel the subscription

On Aug I ordered a sample face cream (also automatically makes you get the sample of eye serum) for the price of shipping, exactly what was advertised, I received the invoice in my email inbox for (order number XXXXXX) $& (order number XXXXXX) $respectivelyI only clicked a box authorizing the shipping price and did not see any Terms & Conditions that signed me up for a recurring payment or that if I wanted to cancel I had to return the product within a specified timeI received the product and then subsequently
was charged on Sept I was charged for full price of product $and - from two different companies no less (*** ***.com and XXXXXXXXXX*** ***.comI called *** to dispute these charges and I followed the steps to try to have the money refundedGleam and Glow would only cancel the subscription they signed me up for (which was followed by a confirmation email) and my bank said to not follow through with the disputeI n

I signed up for a free trial offer with the company that claimed that only shipping costs needed to be paidThe products arrived and my credit card was charged for the shippingA few weeks later November 1, I noticed two charges on my credit card from *** pureskin for $and *** goodskin for $When I called Gleam and Glow, they said that I had signed up for a subscription when I made the purchase and that because I hadn't called to cancel within days and returned the products, I was now on the hook for those chargesI promptly cancelled the 'subscription' but they were not willing to reverse the chargesSo far my credit company is not willing to dispute the transactions either

In June I accepted an offer of one delivery of skin products, to be paid for via Mastercard That one only delivery turned into monthly deliveries for which I did not agree

In early July I paid shipping for a free sample of skin creamThe ordering form I filled out clearly stated no automatic billing, if you are satisfied after days you can call to re-order the productweeks later they took out of my account without my consentWhen I tried to contact them the only thing they would offer me was a 50% refund and a free bottle of productI stated I had all the emails as well as the screen shot of where they said I wouldn't be automatically charged ***

On August 23, I thought I was purchasing a trial of a skin cream and was misled into monthly charges in the amounts of $and $ It was not clearly stated that these were the charges involved with the sampleOnce I found out about this ***, I realized that my credit card was charged on September 8,

Order was made for a free sample of skin care product on August 15thCharge at that time was $and $

I ordered a free sample, it said I only had to pay the shipping chargesThe offer clearly states that you only have to pay $for shipping
weeks later, they charged my credit card again for a total of
