Paid $4.95, the shipping charges, for a 30-free trial of Gleam & GlowWas charged $18-days into the trail - I did not authorize thisCalled their customer service to report the charge and request a refund and they advised me that they would be unable to refund my money but will cancel my account and no further charges will be applied to my account

Gleam and Glow I would like to file a complaintI do not agree with how they advertise the free offer onlineI ordered online to get a free trial of the product on November 14, the Advanced Eye Treatment and Anti - Aging Moisturizer Cream and to only pay for shipping for the free trial sampleThey did not mention of monthly charges or a trail period to cancel purchasing this productI was offered a free trial and was to only pay for shippingOn December 2, my credit card was charge $for XXXXXXXXXX*SKINCARE and $for XXXXXXXXXX*SKINGREATI did not receive any email confirmation, account number, invoice or membership information with the product that would suggest that further billing would occur or what that billing would entail (such as date of billing or price of product)On November 4, I contacted their customer service requesting a refund and cancellation as I did not agree of any further shipment but they manage to charge my credit card as it seems

Back in June I ordered a free sample and had to submit my credit card for a small shipping fee - this company then enrolled me in automatic shipments which I was not aware or agreed to in any way
I contacted them today and found out I was charged over $in July snd September for products I didn't order
After arguing on the phone they agreed to refund my money for the September shipment but I'm still out $for July
When the shipment comes you are only given a tracking number from Canada Post and no bill or contact information
Only a phone number for customer service and no company name

Back to about to weeks ago I responded to a questionnaire about *** services through my email, then it popped up few products that asked me to choose one from, saying that it was the appreciation for my time It said that I only needed to pay for the shipping whatever product I choose on that page, so I picked the Gleam and Glow skin care product, and released my credit card information for them to charge and that was it Of course I did read every words on my screen carefully before I agreed the payment, but I didn't see any notification or statements about a promissory shopping or something I only agreed to pay for the shipping cost $on Oct However, one day when I checked on my credit card statement after all, that company charged me $on Nov Then I called the customer service on the same day that I noticed about it( on Nov 12) but they said that it was the company policy that I had passed the days free trial so I needed to pay for the full price of

Please don't fall for the *** of gleam and glow skincareI ordered the free moisturizer and after paying for shipping realized that somehow the eye moisturizer was also added to my order so at that point I emailed the company to tell them to cancel my order. The response I received was that before they cancel my order they wanted to inform me that I was now eligible for a VIP membershipI ordered my free sample at 9pm and by 9:27pm I was a VIP memberWhen I called to tell them I no longer wanted the products and tried to get a refund customer service seemed to just be reading set answers from a piece of paperEven though I cancelled my order by email just minutes after placing it it still was not good enough to cancel the shipment of my free samples*** *** ***

On august 16th, 2018, I placed an order with Gleam and Glow for a trial offer where I would only pay the $shipping fee for a sample for face creamI was then taken to an additional two screens and, without option to cancel, other products were charged to me, totaling $On August 6th, my credit card was charged twice, one charge for $and one for $Unbeknownst to me, at the time I signed up for the trial, I was automatically enrolled in an auto-billing program for future supplies of the productI did look for evidence of something like this at the time of purchase, but nowhere in immediate view was this outlined, so I proceededAfter seeing these charges on my card today, I went back to the website and found, at the very bottom of the first purchase screen, in very small, light grey print, is a hyperlink detailing the terms of sale that detail cancellation must happen within days of the initial orderI called the company, explained I did not want these it

Free trial offers turns into monthly subscription without proper notification
