Signed up for a trial face cream and eye creamWas supposed to be charged shipping and handling only Didn't read the disclaimer didn't know of its existenceOn August my *** Visa was billed for the s&h in the amounts of $5.94, $and $ I thought this was the end of this trial purchaseOn September 28th I received a package containing the same products as the trial versionThe box contained no invoiceI checked my Visa transactions and noticed that on August 20th my Visa had been billed $for one cream and $for the other cream, however I had not received either of these products On September 19th I was billed again for $and $once again but had received the two products this time On Saturday, September 29th, I contacted Gleam and Glow customer service (XXX XXX XXXX) to ask why my Visa was being billed without my knowledge only to be told that that I unknowingly agreed to a subscription, having not been aware of this 'company's' Terms

On nov I replied to a advertisement on the internet to a free sjin sample from a company called gleam and glowI recieved the so calked sample days later and called right away to cancel any orders to be charged to my visa cardThe girl informed me that I couldnt cancel until nov 26thI called on the 26th of nov and cancelled getting any more cream except for the sampleI recieved my statement for my visa in the mail dec 12thOn nov 7th gleam and glow charged me ..another charge on nov 24th for which I never recieved any more product as I cancelled on the 26th which they had told me to do so onthe 26th

I ordered a free trial of Gleam & Glow Mosturizer and Eye CreamI contacted the company via e-mail on September 2, (17th day) to cancel any subscription that I realized I may have agreed to (in the fine print) I also phoned the customer service number and left a messageMy message was left at 12:a.mon September 3rd (18th day)
I received an e-mail response offering me a VIP membershipI responded that I was not interested and still wanted to cancelI also told them that they had charged by credit card on September 3, and since this was after I cancelled, I wanted my money refunded
They responded that I needed to callI said I'd left a message on the 17th day
Today (September 4), I called and spoke to *** (Extension ***)He told me that I needed to speak with someone and they have no record of my callI told him that I had a record and could forward it to himHe said that wouldn't matter and said he cannot refund the additional charges (and 99.79)

I spent over an hour on the phone after realizing I'd had $charged to my credit cardI don't care what the "FINE PRINT" says, there in no way should be an automatic sign up to a company when you're clicking on a free trial optionI was told it wasn't a free sample (because that was the word I was using) but a free TRIALThe most misleading, *** link I've ever followedCan't believe I was so gullibleBut worse, when I called in to demand my money back, I was told I was too lateEven after I found another clause that allows you to return the product if you're unhappy with it, they still wouldn't allow me because it was openWell how could I know if I was unhappy with it if the packaging was still sealed?!?! Then, when I received a second shipment of the same thing, I told them the box was still sealed and nope, they wouldn't accept that eitherThe ad is STILL on the internet*** I want my money back, not the "free" products they sent to make up for it!! ***

On August 9th I signed up for a free trial of a moisturizing cream,order no.XXXXXX and a eye cream order no.XXXXXX I only had to pay the shipping price $+$did not see the terms&conditions and I would not have signed up for a monthly subscription On 08-27-i was charged $109.79+ $on my credit card
Again I was charged on 09-27-$109.79+
on my credit card once more on 10-26-i was charged $ 109.79+ I did not authorize any of these charges I was on vacation so I didn't notice the first two charges I tried phoning but there was no answer I want to be taken off their list and I want my money back

I ordered a free offer for cream with shipping charge $on 08/14/2018, order number ***
They sent me cream and eye cream, total $and $
I paid by *** credit card
I noticed today pending payments of $and $
I emailed and phoned them and they refused to refund monies
Stating I had days from order to cancel or pay
I did not receive these directions and want monies refunded

Please help, I need these funds returned
