On August 25th 2018, I purchased two lotions from Gleam and Glow as part of a "free trial"The amount paid was only for shipping and was paid via Mastercard online:
Order # XXXXXX - $

There was no visible mention that I would be entered into a subscription service and had days to cancel before becoming enrolledI did not receive any notice or information in an email re: my account information or the start of the trialI find this to be very shadyThere is also no place online to sign in to an account and check on orders, etc
On September 12th (one day after the day period) I noticed two charges on my credit card, one for $and one for $This was a surprise to me because, as already mentioned, I was unaware that I was entering into a monthly subscription service
I immediately contacted customer support who agreed to cancel my account; however, instead of allowing a refund, they tried to offer me more "free products"

Agreed online to a free trial offer of Gleam and Glow skin cream and was charged Augfor shippingDid not receive any email confirmation, account number, invoice or membership information with the product that would suggest that further billing would occur or what that billing would entail (such as date of billing or price of product)I received my September credit card bill to discover that I had been charged $I contacted my credit card company, the day the bill arrived, September 25th and they tried to help me find a number to contact the companyIt was not the correct number but I went online to find customer support at Gleam and Glow later that eveningI contacted customer support via e-mail on September 26th requesting a refund and cancellation of any type of account as my credit company informed me that somewhere in the terms and conditions loop hole the company was able to automatically charge meThe company responded offering to resolve the issue and asked me to
