Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was given a response that does not help me out with fixing the issue with the fitbitThe fitbit corporation knows that the fitbit charge HR is
defaulty in design as the bands separate from the face of the fitbit after about months of wearing itAlthough their warranty only gives a one year warranty and the most they will do is give a replacement fitbit charge HR with no additional warranty which would mean that the replacement in months will break and I will have no warranty for that unitI feel that the decision they have responded with is unacceptable and I will proceed further.

Thank you Revdex.com for being there for consumers, and for Fit Bit for replacing my device without any hesitation

It seems like there is a confusion with our warranty policy but will try to clear this with customer
