I signed a contract with Boulder Legal Group in which they agreed to negotiate settlements for my credit card debt and, most pertinent here, to provide legal representation "in the event the client receives a summons." Boulder legal group pays all their fees first so be careful If you have large debt amounts this delay in actually using your money upfront to settle cases only results in lawsuit and then they don't have to guarantee any minimum of savings I lost $and none of my cases were settled with money from my account created by them Very scripted performance by customer service and good luck getting in touch with an actual attorney
