I got an email back saying that they had received my email and someone from litigation would contact me within 24-hoursWhen that time lapsed, I called themIt is now three weeks later and they still have not done anythingI am now in defaultI have not been able to talk with anyone with authority or knowledge to help meI have been put on hold for a half hour at a time, only to be promised that I would receive a call from a supervisor, which I never receive

They ask what you are calling aboutYou go through all the details againYou ask to speak with someone in litigationYou are put on hold anywhere from 15-minutes
You then speak to a low-level staff person in litigation who makes you go through all the history againThese people don't have any helpful information or authorityWhen you ask to speak to one of their attorneys or negotiators, you are told they don't speak directly with clientsEvidently, they don't even have any attorneys on staff
Finally, they promise you that a supervisor in litigation will call you back later that day or early the next dayThey won't
The next day, you start all over again with Step

I have been extremely please with Boulder Legal Group In no way did they misrepresent themselves, their fees, or the settlement process We submitted $42,in unsecured debt, across credit cards, for our program We are in the 19th month of our program, and have settled credit cards for $11, Yes, we have received letters, and even a filing of judgment against us But this was all noted as a possibility at the beginning of the process The judgment was resolved and settled quickly, without the account ever being submitted for trial Any time I call to accept a settlement offer, the staff is extremely polite, and in one case, one said she was going to do backflips after we got off the phone, because she was so excited about the settlement we received I have never been made to feel a failure by the staff Yes, our credit did take a hit But as accounts were showing that payments were being made, or the account itself was marked settled, our score once again starting trending upwards Yes, we have had to settle a couple cards outside the program However, this was a stipulation of the creditor, not Boulder Legal Group Boulder still had secured the offer, and the creditor honored it Any scam being sold is that of the American Dream where everything is put on credit Even toys for kids come with credit cards and the cash register says "Charge it!" Paying with cash is a difficult process, if one is not used to it, but it has served as a valuable object lesson to our kids I fully support Boulder Legal Group and deem them a Godsend

I contracted with this company because I was promised smooth resolution of my debt starting in the first month I was never told I'd have to accumulate funds for them to lift a finger I was never told about a $a month fee that they hope slips by you because you are trusting what they say verbally They got me in legal issues with american express because they did not work with them at all The case went straight to court Now I'm being told I must settle with them directly and pay more or come up with $ They refuse to settle any debt unless you have enough accumulated funds which can't happen while they are stealing thousands of dollars in fees every month that they never disclosed I can no longer deal with these unethical people as they are doing nothing to resolve my debt and everything to get me in further debt trouble
