As with the previous complaints, I have had the same experience with Boulder Legal Group My understanding from them when I signed the agreement last July that my debt settlement with the creditor will be handled by Boulder Legal Group To this date, and after paying them monthly for their administration & legal fees and for the reserve account for settlement with the creditor, nothing has been doneI have already received summons from our county clerk and Boulder Legal Group kept going around with their responses with no action has been made by them Now, I have to respond to the county clerk insteadEvery time I would call Boulder, the litigation support team will provide me the same answersIn fact, they said that a local attorney would be able to assist me but if I will be able to provide additional funds for a certain period of timeI brought it to their attention that the reason I acquired their service in the beginning because the agreement showed that the total

I started working with Boulder legal to help resolve a huge amount of debt They are supposed to work with my creditors to negotiate my debt and get it paid off for approximately percent of the actual amount owed After being in the program for months I received a call from a negotiator saying they had reached an agreement with American Express The only item Amex required is that I pay off the negotiated amt within months Boulder told me I would have to pay an additional per month in to the program for the next three months which we did They were supposed to send us the agreement which we agreed to on a recorded line I never got a copy so I called back and the rep said she would send it out Two months went by and I received a letter from a collection agency regarding Amex so I caller to find out what was going on to be told they never resolved the date They never received a confirmation letter that the agreement was approved so nothing had been done I was tol

Buy at your own riskThey have ZERO customer service, until you post a negative reviewThey were over a month late mailing a blanket, blaming the Klippan Mill for "being on vacation, slow production, coming from Sweden, etc"This is all fine, but when the website states "in stock, ships in 2-business days" and a month goes by with no blanket, you wonder what's going onNumerous inquiries made by email with ZERO responseAll they need to do is respond to customer emails, and most customers, like myself, are very patient in waitingBut sometimes the item is for a gift and when the website says "ships in 2-days or 2-days, etc", you assume you will have the blanket in a couple weeksBUY YOUR BLANKET SOMEWHERE ELSEThey finally emailed me after my first review, which disappeared from this site and claimed they emailed me multiple times, INCORRECTI ONLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL ONCE THE ITEM WAS FINALLY IN TRANSIT AND THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY SIMPLE EMAIL "Has this item been shipped yet", which I sent 2-times with ZERO RESPONSEShame on this companyI would expect more from a swanky place like "Carmel by the Sea", ***y

I have been dealing with this company for almost years They have taking thousands of dollars in fees up front and have allowed my checking accounts to be levied and my wages to be garnished For the last months, I have tried to get a payoff amount because I do not want any further litigation against me They put me off week to week day to day I have called day after day to wait an hour or more on hold every time I have been promised phone calls over and over and over that are never returned Today is the second time in a week that I have been put on hold after waiting on hold to get an answer for minutes just to be disconnected from the line with no call back I have a sum of money that I wanted to go to pay off billsI can't even get anyone on the phone to help me I tried calling the creditors myself but because of the power of attorney that Boulder has, I am not able to even pay the companies myself anymore This company has taken almost 20,in fees so far and

I signed up with Boulder on the premise that they would assist me in handling issue I had with some credit cards during some family and health mattersThey were goodall the reviews were perfectnever saw anything back (2016)signed up and started making paymentsof course, within months, you get the lawsuit, collector, and other letters in the mail which I forwarded to them as they said6-months went by monthly callsall is good per them then I start getting served lawsuit papers "we're negotiating"they manage to settle account of or so for 40% offthen another for 50% offlooks goodThen I get sued by another creditorbank accounts get levied againstwhich of course causes me to get behind on daycarehouseetcI keep calling them" we need to increase your monthly payment 400+ a month to cover one or two of the creditors" thenthey pull out saying they cannot help with that creditorto negotiate on my own with a second coaching session***Then they settled another account0% discount but needed $5k downthen a huge chunk each monthto get a discount I needed about $13k in paymentI could do that on my ownAfter giving then $24k paid to Boulder..and levy's piling upthey on the monthly call said it's all good..then they started giving out BAD legal advise for the court casesthey made no offer to have one of the local people assistnada I took what they told me straight to my local lawyer and they were like "tell the court that they will hang you"
Due to their inability to assistwanting more money, they actually drove my family into ChI'll be filing a complaint with the FTC today and my states Atty Generals office and will be 'negotiating' as they call it to get a refundSTAY away

I am a customer of Boulder Legal and have been trying for over weeks to get in touch with them They won't answer their phones and won't return my callsI want my money that I have paid them refunded, stop automatic debits and resolve my debt account OR just simply call me at **SSN**

The complaints below are 100% wrong and the complainers are clueless Fjorn Scandinavian is a great company with the highest quality imported products, and just because something "ships in days" does not mean it arrives in three days It may in fact take a month, SO WHAT Be prepared for the wait if you are ordering handmade products from Sweden; if you are not willing to wait or pay the price, go to Walmart I have made multiple purchases from Fjorn and every product is of the most excellent quality Further, I have always had an immediate response to emails and they are also extremely helpful on the phone Every friend I've referred to Fjorn has had exactly the same experience Ignore the complaints below

I suppose looking back it was my own faultI knew what they were offering was just too good to be trueMy husband and I were both on our second marriage so we went in to the marriage with debtIt was debt we were handlingWe both had credit rating of close to We just wanted to get out of debt once and for allBoulder said if we followed thier program we would be out of debt in five yearsl What a crock of @#$%One year in our accounts were all frozen and our earnings were threatened to be garnishedWe were told by someone in their own legal department that there was no way the program could be resolved in five years and the constant threat of legal action pushed us to take out a loan to just pay off the debtors and be done with BoulderTo top it off the customer service is God awfulVery few people had any clue what was going onWe were lied to , mislead, put off, ignored and just irritated on a regular basisSTAY AWAY by all means

We contracted with this company to assist with debt consolidationTheir representative indicated they could address the summons I had on creditors all information was submitted at time of initial appointment (the summons were just served and we were ahead of the process of negotiating for resolve) and my payments beganI had made 5-payments when my bank accounts were garnishedWhen we contacted the company to get some resolve they indicated they knew nothing about those summons and had not done anything about themI submitted all the documentation that was submitted during their reps visit and thus began the run aroundThey were in breach of the contract and it took many calls on my end to gather any information about my case with much avail to unprofessional handling of my case which recently ended in termination of services without a refundThe breach occurred in June with the garnish and they have lacked integrity since and they recently have canceled me as a clie

My husband and I contacted Boulder Legal Group in November to help with our debt So far they have collected almost $3,and we have seen very little progressBoth of our credit ratings have dropped tremendously and we are further in debt than when we started months ago We could have used the money to pay off our debt instead of getting further in I am also currently being sued by of my creditors and being warned of wage garnishment When I called on July 25, 2017, I was told I need to wait 7-business days for them to "help resolve" my current lawsuitsI believe I don"t have any more time to wait, especially since my wages will be garnished in a matter of weeks if no solution is found

I retained this firm to renegotiate my accounts and speak with my creditors on my behalf as I entered into a federal program for my debtI assumed these people were competent and didn't need me to do their work for themunfortunately they are not and they not only do not return calls, they only read scripts, do not provide information and they do not contact your creditorsIn fact I let them know that I was being pursued by a creditor in December and they ignored me and then I received a solicitation letter in February from another law firm that let me know there was a public record that I was being sued by this creditorI was able to pull the summons offline through the public court docket although I had not received the summonsI called and was treated like it was unimportant by a customer service agent who didn't give me his nameHe told me it was 'regulatory and I couldn't be helped until I had submitted the paperwork" I told him that I am a regulatory compliance analyst and

I signed a contract with Boulder Legal Group in which they agreed to negotiate settlements for my credit card debt and, most pertinent here, to provide legal representation "in the event the client receives a summons." Below is an accounting of the chain of events thus far I have emails and phone records to verify all the details below:
7/Received a letter from the attorney retained by Bank of AmericaI sent this on to BLG and received an assurance that it was being dealt with
9/8:p.mServed with a summons regarding my Bank of America accountI scanned the documents and prepared them to send to BLG
9/ 5:a.mI emailed the summons and accompanying paperwork to BLG with the subject line “URGENT! Litigation papers served.”
9:a.mI received an email from BLG saying my email was received and “if we need additional information we will reach out in 48-business hours.”
10/9:a.m I called Boulder Legal Group and spoke with one of the client serv

Absolutely horrible customer service- I spend several hundred dollars on blankets and the website stated "in stock, ships in 2-days"A month later, no blanketsI emailed times with no response whatsoever until I threatened to contact the Revdex.comThen I receive a very brief email stating the blankets were shipped and there was a delay because The Klippan Mill, maker of the blankets were closed for their holiday breakWhat does a company in Sweden have to do with customer service of a company in Carmel, Calif??!! They are HORRIBLEFind another reseller for the beautifully made Klippan blankets

Boulder legal group pays all their fees first so be careful If you have large debt amounts this delay in actually using your money upfront to settle cases only results in lawsuit and then they don't have to guarantee any minimum of savings I lost $and none of my cases were settled with money from my account created by them Very scripted performance by customer service and good luck getting in touch with an actual attorney
