Revdex.com and Mr***, There is no video using the "F" word so Im not sure why we keep addressing thisThe ONLY issue with the vehicle when it left is that the spare tire and jack was left behind by the shipper as it was next to the car at time of pickupOur last offer or mark this complaint unresolved:We will pick a shop of our choosing within miles of Mr*** home and pay for the AC and turn signal repair as well as deliver a spare tire and jack to that shop for installIn exchange for that, Mr*** will agree to mark this complaint resolved as well as sign a release with conditions stating he is completely satisfied and closes this out for any future complaints

Date: Wed, May 11, at 4:PMSubject: Re: *** *** Rebuttal (***)To: *** *** Mr***, Attached is our original response to Mr*** complaintBelow that will be the offers of resolution that he can excercise at his discretion.In an effort to make sure that the Revdex.com doesn't feel Mr*** was an unsuspecting client who was duped by an unscrupulous dealer, please see the bullets below as we address his complaints:We shared with Mr*** that classic automobiles may be deteriorated, not fully restored to their original condition,may not have been properly maintained to which he signed and acknowledged he understood.Mr*** was offered the opportunity to consult a professional outside source for authentication and verification of any representations made by Flemings which he acknowledged the offer, signed and waived it.The *** was sold "As Is" but Flemings provided a year warranty on an almost year old car and that no other dealer does, at no charge. Flemings paid for shipping the new *** to him as well as paying for shipping of his trade to us ($3000).We provided a safety checkover list signed by the technician, the service manager and the salesperson.We provided him with over Hi-Resolution photos and a Hi-Resolution video Walk around of the *** before he purchased it.The 3rd party shipper that picked up his new *** made no notes of the claims he has posted here.We have over $30,worth of restoration expenses on this *** and not only was it a wonderful looking car, it was spectacular looking too.We offered to exchange the vehicle for any car in our inventory which Mr*** let the deadline for this offer lapse. These are almost year old cars and things break on them, obviously the heater core wasnt terminal here and collapsed somewhere within the mile excursion across the countryHaving said that even though the car was sold "As Is" we offered to pay for that repair but haven't heard back.Mr *** noted on his ***s trade appraisal sheet that it was "Restored" and we have almost $15,worth of restoration receipts to substantiate how deficient the vehicle was.Based on Mr***s complaints we chose to handle the inaccurate description provided by him on his trade without pursuing him for expenses and chalk it up to experience. We feel its safe to say that the restoration shops he took it to have never said to any client "Thank you MrJones for coming in that's the nicest car we've ever seen, it needs nothing and have a nice day" If so they would be out of business in a monthIts there job to sell work, the same thing *** ***, a new car dealership or any other service facility would do.In closing we take these complaints very seriously and again are disappointed that Mr*** isn't a satisfied client of the Flemings family and are still willing to satisfy his heater core issueRegardless of what the opinion is of the *** the pictures and Video provided in the link below will put all of that to restOn one last note Mr***s threat of posting disparaging remarks on Internet would be met with the full force of our legal team especially in light of the new laws that protect business's from posters like, however its our hope we can come to an amicable resolution so it doesnt get to that place.Response: We still feel its safe to say that the restoration shops he took it to have never said to any client "Thank you MrJones for coming in that's the nicest car we've ever seen, it needs nothing and have a nice day" If so they would be out of business in a monthIts there job to sell work, the same thing *** ***, a new car dealership or any other service facility would do. Although we have no legal obligation to assist in the above matter we do have a moral obligation in the sense we want a happy customerSelling year old vehicles and expectations from the clients that they be like new isn't something we can meet or be expected to. Flemings Ultimate Garage responded to *** *** concern on July 11th
In our response we indicated several things that should be reiterate hereThe client took delivery of the vehicle ( *** ) in late April Flemings Ultimate Garage offers a five day return policy, should a client be unhappy with his/her vehicleThe no charge warranty provided to the customer, is for months / 12,miles and is limited to power train coverage( engine , transmission, rear axle) A concern with a component other than the power train must be voiced with in the five day return windowThese vehicles are sold "as is" specifically due to their age( in this case a yrold vehicle) *** *** has signed several documents indicating that he understood/understands these provisions
Flemings has reviewed our records for the vehicle, specifically any work done on the air conditioning system. All of the info falls in line with a serving of the system.
While it is disappointing that the client finds the a/c system not to be working as intended, we are very certain that it was operational in April and prior to delivery to the customer
Flemings can only assume that the third party shop used by the client to diagnose the concern, has the technical" know how" to properly assess what the malfunction may/may not beThe fact that this third party suggests the "entire" system needs to be replaced, puts credibility in question
Policy time tables as well as the" over the top" nature of this diagnosis, leaves Flemings Ultimate Garage no other option but to respectfully suggest that the customer take responsibility for the remedy of this concern

I am rejecting this response because:They owed me the $dollars for things that Anthony Fleming promised would be with the carHe stated in his video that the trunk mat was missing and he would buy and install itDidn't happenHis hi res photos showed a battery in the car with a Delco topperNeither were in the car when I received itThe battery topper never showed and they had exchanged the battery for a used one purchased from LKQ corpwhen I took out the battery it had "fused battery" written on the side of it so I had to replaceAlso, they knew the alternator was bad because they had ruined batteries before sending me the car with a battery from a junkyardI personally bought all of these items after delivery and that is why I was seeking a $dollar reimbursal because these are advertised things that didn't come with the carThis is a separate claim than what we are discussing today and Anthony still owes me this money and did offer to pay, if I signed a release on anything else discovered on the car. The claim we are talking about today is that this car is structurally unsound and unsafe to drive unless it receives substantial parts replacements to the structural part of the carHe advertised this as a "frame off, nut and bolt restoration" which clearly was a lie and misrepresentation of the carI sent photos to backup my claimAs of now, I have a car that is unsafe to drive and I paid top dollar for it based on Anthony's video and description and hi res photos that avoided showing the consumer the actual rotten underside of this vehicle. I can provide you write ups and expert opinions of people certified and respected in the classic car industry if you would likeI was only going to provide these if I had to take further action against AnthonyI offered Anthony to simply take this car back and refund me my moneyHe rudely said he would not do thatI then asked him to reimburse my $dollars as promised and to pay me a settlement so I could get this car repairedHe denied that also.How can a company that has complaints on ripoff report have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com? It shocks me that a business owner will just not accept any type of what is now a small settlement and admit his service department failed him so he and I can move onIt just doesn't make sense after I have shown all of you the photos of the rotten out, rusted STRUCTURAL (safety) portions of this carIt does, however, make sense to his salesman, Trey Watkins but unfortunately he can't make any decisions to make a customer wholeIt all lies with Anthony Fleming

The good news is even though the car was sold as is, we want to helpAs you can imagine, I've never seen any client take any car they've owned including your daily driver, let alone a 40-year-old car in for service and the manager come out and say, "Thanks so much for stopping by, that's the nicest car we've ever seen have a nice day", clearly, they would be out of business in no timeTheir job is to sell you service and clearly that's what’s happenedWe agreed with MrAnderson to send to cover any incidentals we may overlooked.? ? ? ? ? There are a couple items that the Revdex.com may not be aware of but when he purchased the car there was a form he signed acknowledging that he was offered to consult an outside professional 3rd party inspection but declined it, that he didn't rely on any of the dealer or its agents that may have made representations to you about the condition, safety restoration history, etcthat you were not offered to verify personally and finally MrAnderson agreed that they have been given every opportunity to verify the performance, condition, history, and authenticity? ? ? ? ? We would like to point out that MrAndersons exact words to MrFleming was that the Chevelle has beautiful paint, a beautiful interior and great looking engine compartmentWhen questioned about his most recent complaint of the undercarriage of the Chevelle his claim is that “it’s not as nice as the rest of the car” which we asked how much time he spends underneath the car and the answer is never, so we're dumbfounded by his request to make that nicerThe advertisement specifically tells him to look under the car to verify for himself, we have no way to know whether he did or didnt.? ? ? ? ? There has been badgering and threats in no less than emails by MrAnderson after the purchase of the vehicle and as we said before, at one point he had small items he was looking to be reimbursed for a total of 500.00, we have an email with him agreeing to that and then changing his mind very much like what keeps happeningOur feeling based on what he has shared with us both in emails, via phone and here in his Revdex.com complaint is he is a very wealthy millionaire and clearly from his comments are that the Flemings are financially ruined so we will disengage from the personal attacks and perhaps should accept his offer that we have don’t have the funds to settle thisOur offer still stands as we uphold our agreement, perhaps you can get MrAnderson not to renege on his as well this time.See the car here:? http://www.flemingsultimategarage.com/vehicles/11/1970-chevrolet-chevelle? ? ? ? ?

To all parties,? ? Flemings has spoken to Mrs *** about her issues and more importantly her feeling on lack of follow upUnfortunately she left messages on an old phone system at a location we no longer occupy, however myself and members of Flemings team have spoken to her recently
