My parents came to this dealership on their ownThey do not own smart phones and were unable to check any information on the carThey had to solely trust what the seller was saying and ended up being lied toThis customer review is mostly a warning to do background checks on the car you are buying from here and to understand what all the terminology meansWhile on CarFax which my parents had no access to said "Vehicle involved in rear end collisionInvolving front impact" my parents were told it was in a rear end collision and that the car they were buying was hit from the backWhen confronted, they said being in a rear end collision could be either front or back and then when asked to write out what they mean and sign it they refused to do so, checked car fax and then admitted it had frontal damage Besides this, the same day coming home with the car, the car started shaking on the highway whenever they acceleratedAlthough this business says the car is still under Chevys warranty, once it is fixed it is no longer the car we were told we are buyingWe no longer want this car at all but are now stuck with it because we don't trust any other cars they want us to replace it withWe spent a whole day trying to resolve this I wouldn't recommend buying here, and even I am cautious now because I wanted to buy a car from hereIf you like a car here please do your research before goingWhen looking at the car, drive it, slow and fast and on the highway if possible before giving your license information or signing any papersGet your own mechanic to check the carDon't trust in their words as much as any facts or car collision reports and check the definitions of everything in those reports

I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONEI bought a Toyota Ravearlier this monthI had specifically asked if the car had a recent oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etcbasic car maintenance because I would be driving the car from south florida to Massachusetts for the holidaysI did not even get out of the state of Florida before my maintenance light went onAfter getting up to Massachusetts I brought the car to a Toyota dealership where I had to spend $Guess what I had to spend that on? An oil change, tire rotation, air filter and alignmentI specifically asked those questions so I would not have to worry on the roadI understand they sell cars "as is" but the fact is I was lied to about the servicesI would have gotten all of those items checked before my road trip if I had known that they DON'T check those thingsIt's a lot of fun going to the mechanic days after purchasing a brand new carI call Florida Fine cars to discuss this issue with them, they avoided ALL of my callsNot one manager or general manager has called me backI finally had to call and insist I be put on hold until the general manager came to the phoneI was told "Sweetie, that's not going to happen" by a managerThey are completely unprofessional, lying crooksI asked both the manager and general manager what their procedure is when they get a car on their lotNeither one of them could answer the questionThey just want your money and nothing elseThe manager told me the salesman I dealt with was firedThe general manager then said to me I have to speak with your salesman, I told him what the manager told meCaught them in yet another lieI regret purchasing a car from them

Paulo was extremely helpful, and although we faced some issues trying to communicate with the bank to finance, we walked out of the lot with a vehicleWe did not feel pressured to purchase anything and we were only shown what was within our requirement including our budget and car preferenceWe visited several auto dealers and at the end Florida Fine Cars was the most reliable, prompt to communicate and cost efficientI would highly recommend to new buyers you'll get a few lessons from Paulo how to ensure you won't be financially harmed in the future by purchasing a vehicle
