I have to say that coming to this dealership was so stress free. Tyrone was very helpful and did not harass us or rush us. His supervisor Mike Williams was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership, they have great cars and prices!

Miguel was very courteous and attentive to my needs. He took time to answer all my questions and did his best to work out a deal for me. His boss was very nice as well and tried hard to earn my business. I would buy a cv while from them.

My parents came to this dealership on their own. They do not own smart phones and were unable to check any information on the car. They had to solely trust what the seller was saying and ended up being lied to. This customer review is mostly a warning to do background checks on the car you are buying from here and to understand what all the terminology means. While on CarFax which my parents had no access to said "Vehicle involved in rear end collision. Involving front impact" my parents were told it was in a rear end collision and that the car they were buying was hit from the back. When confronted, they said being in a rear end collision could be either front or back and then when asked to write out what they mean and sign it they refused to do so, checked car fax and then admitted it had frontal damage.

Besides this, the same day coming home with the car, the car started shaking on the highway whenever they accelerated. Although this business says the car is still under Chevys warranty, once it is fixed it is no longer the car we were told we are buying. We no longer want this car at all but are now stuck with it because we don't trust any other cars they want us to replace it with. We spent a whole day trying to resolve this.

I wouldn't recommend buying here, and even I am cautious now because I wanted to buy a car from here. If you like a car here please do your research before going. When looking at the car, drive it, slow and fast and on the highway if possible before giving your license information or signing any papers. Get your own mechanic to check the car. Don't trust in their words as much as any facts or car collision reports and check the definitions of everything in those reports.

Paulo was extremely helpful, and although we faced some issues trying to communicate with the bank to finance, we walked out of the lot with a vehicle. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything and we were only shown what was within our requirement including our budget and car preference. We visited several auto dealers and at the end Florida Fine Cars was the most reliable, prompt to communicate and cost efficient. I would highly recommend to new buyers you'll get a few lessons from Paulo how to ensure you won't be financially harmed in the future by purchasing a vehicle.
