I live an hour and a half away from this location and before I went I let them know my terms what I could and could not afford they told me no problem lets appraise your cari went the distance got the amount that they were offering me and then went on to financingone of the banks was closed that day so I waited till mondaytoday go once again because I knew I was getting a lower rate and thats when everything went terriblei asked for a second look to hopefully get a little more for my car I was trading in and when they came back they told me they were actually going to take from the initial offeri flipped and all the guy told me was "sorry manager said we can't and if deal would of gone threw I would get in trouble" what do I care about if you get in trouble or notThe offer that was given to me was because thats what it was appraised at and frankly I hope this review is seen and know by everyone theresomeone and some company that can't keep there word shouldn't deserve our time or our money period

These people are unethical! I should have researched more but I have bought used cars in the past with no problemThe front windshield had a crack they promised to fixNo return phone calls or emailsI purchased the car about months ago just took it into AcuraBig safety recall is on it and it needs $worth of repairs including tires which I asked aboutThey are scammers, unprofessional and sleazy!

This dealer is unprofessional and has no customer service skills I would recommend you shop for your own financing prior to going to buy the carThis approach will save you money but be prepared to be charged extra fees or be told they can match your the rates when indeed they cannotThey start you off with the highest interest rate available and tell you excellent credit score doesn't matter, really! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Today I got a car from florida fine car dealer, and after hrs, I got my toyota corolla 2013, I asked to check the fluids, that never happen because at 8pm my car was warning me it was hat, I check under hood and found no coolant and the receioent and not windshield liquid, so I take care of itIn adition of that, I couldnt get the second key of the car, the manual, and the lightersocket is off, we dont know where is the switch to turn onThey dont clear explained to me what basic cover means that not include oils changes and tire rotationBeside all of this when I was going to do my down payment they never mention they dont checks, so, I dint have another choice that use my credit carI talked to one of the managers and I explained the situacion and he tryed to give me excuses for him, the saleman and the dealer shipI feel very upset, and frustrated about this experience I was expecting something betterNow I cannot return the car obligating me to keep a car I am not happy with.I am going to search a local consumer agency of the goverment to file a complain, to has regulation and laws to apply specially to this car dealer ship
