Never had so much fun car shopping.

I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 earlier this month. I had specifically asked if the car had a recent oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. basic car maintenance because I would be driving the car from south florida to Massachusetts for the holidays. I did not even get out of the state of Florida before my maintenance light went on. After getting up to Massachusetts I brought the car to a Toyota dealership where I had to spend $408.00. Guess what I had to spend that on? An oil change, tire rotation, air filter and alignment. I specifically asked those questions so I would not have to worry on the road. I understand they sell cars "as is" but the fact is I was lied to about the services. I would have gotten all of those items checked before my road trip if I had known that they DON'T check those things. It's a lot of fun going to the mechanic 11 days after purchasing a brand new car. I call Florida Fine cars to discuss this issue with them, they avoided ALL of my calls. Not one manager or general manager has called me back. I finally had to call and insist I be put on hold until the general manager came to the phone. I was told "Sweetie, that's not going to happen" by a manager. They are completely unprofessional, lying crooks. I asked both the manager and general manager what their procedure is when they get a car on their lot. Neither one of them could answer the question. They just want your money and nothing else. The manager told me the salesman I dealt with was fired. The general manager then said to me I have to speak with your salesman, I told him what the manager told me. Caught them in yet another lie. I regret purchasing a car from them.

Comfortable. I was pretty excited about finding a honda accord, sucks thats theres no sunroof but its okay I still like my car, Bruce, David Salesman & Javi was very nice and respectful.

Wat more can I say, from the moment me and my wife stepped on the lot we were taking care off by the FFC staff. From beginning to end they ensured the very best and I can't wait for someone else to experience the same hospitality we were given and satisfaction of leaving with the vehicle we wanted, thanks again!!!

Amazing experience here at Florida FIne cars. Jeffrey D. was my sales man. He was honest, helpful and over all very sweet. He helped me more than enough and he even helped everybody else In the dealership. I'm happy with my 2016 Ford Escape. Very bright future for Jeffrey aka smiley

They had the car I was looking for in several colors styles at a great price. Our Salesperson - Kelly was very knowledgeable and extreme conscientious. Her recommendations were spot on. The sales.manager - Frank, was very attentive and made us feel very welcomes. The sales and finance team stayed 2+ hours after closing to make sure we finalized our financing/credit and were able to leave that day with our car. As good an experience as I can remember buying a car. And NO DEALER FEE... Saved us about $900! :-)
