Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , I am happy the home service contract has been canceled and "service " fee waived However, I do not feel this voids the incredible amount of disrespect, lack of customer service from the branch, or ridiculously high quote I was given for a simple task nor the persistence of attempts to justify the reasoning for such a price and question of my intelligenceI appreciate the waiver of fees but do still believe the technician and [redacted] ac should be retrained in the art of communication and customer service Thank you for your assistance in this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer called in Monday asking why tech never showed upI could see tech was assigned, I called the tech to find out what happened he said call never went thru to his phoneI apologized to customer offered to send someone out immediately he stated will not be available until October 8th due to his jobI assured him we will run the call on October 8th without fail and made sure my [redacted] is aware of situationWe will perform maintenance check on ac system no charge to customer on October 8th per customers request Tell us why here
