I am rejecting this response because:I I wrote the complaint because I went 11 days without air conditioning. I have 3 [redacted] with [redacted] who could not be in the house.I have 2 long haired stzu's that almost could have died from the heat. I do not want others to go through this experience. I should not have gone without ac so long. The delay was because [redacted] refused to acknowledge information from any one other than their "liason". They had theissued explained by other [redacted] at Florida Home yet they refused to acknowledge these people.  The liason was never at the office to talk to them and was only reachable by email as "he was in the field" since 4 [redacted] had resigned. So, I was without ac due to a combination of problems. I had the repair service so I would not get hit with repair costs on the ac.   They cashed out the policy instead of repairing the ac. The check will come in the mail after 10 working days. So, I was left high and dry.  Florida Home kept trying to sell me a new trane unit for 13,000.I had it repaired by another repair man in [redacted] five days later. So, I resolved the issue myself.  I had been without air conditioning since July 1st.  Had I waited for your response, I still would be without air conditioning.  Your response was not timely.  No one had my situation in mind.  [redacted] did not want to pay for the repair. Florida Home was trying to sell a new ac system.  The delays were do to people trying to save money ([redacted]) and people trying to make money ( FLorida Home).  Irregardless, I suffered. Neither had the compassion to work something out or compromise or provide the services they were supposed to provide.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Mrs. [redacted] has contacted us and we have an appointment tomorrow 07/14/16 for more work to be done. Mrs. [redacted] states she would contact us Friday to see if this new work has fixed the problem.  So this is still continued.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not wish to speak to anyone at this business. They did not seem to care about speaking to me when I made multiple attempts to talk with someone about the issues with their company.
