I am rejecting this response because:Hi [redacted].I tried to respond to this email.  It comes up with a page but will not let me type anything into it.  I tried to attach a document and it said the body of the email was still empty, even though it won't let me type anything.Perhaps that is what happened last time as well.Anyway, I still reject their response as the issue is no where near resolved.  I tried to type the following and wanted to send you a copy directly so you would see that I did try to respond.ThanksMy responseThey have arranged for the [redacted] from [redacted] to come out but this does not mean that the matter is resolved.  It has taken almost a week just to get someone to come out and as I am only available either Monday or Friday because of my work schedule.  (As the customer I would expect them to work to my schedule not try to get me to fit theirs).  Until the system is fully working and stable this complaint needs to stay open.[redacted]

Customer called in Monday asking why tech never showed up. I could see tech was assigned, I called the tech to find out what happened he said call never went thru to his phone. I apologized to customer offered to send someone out immediately he stated will not be available until October 8th due to...

I am rejecting this response because:  The technician refused to fix my air conditioner (under warranty) and said my warranty was void.  He also said there was acid in the line.  Although he had the part with him he declined to fix my air conditioner and instead brought a salesman to the house to push a new unit.  I contacted another company who fixed the air conditioner and said there was no acid in the line.  It has been running fine since the second company fixed it.  If they are now telling me that my warranty is good, why did they refuse to fix my air conditioner?  I do not agree that this has been "solved".  They sent me a copy of the warranty, that is all they did.  [The warranty that the technician told me was void.]

[redacted] (Florida Home A/C) has requested that I work with [redacted], the manufacturer of the A/C unit that they installed. They have offered a small refund of the money spent fixing the system, and require me to sign a release agreement as well. I have contacted the [redacted] representative and am in the process of sending him information. I am not going to sign a release and accept [redacted]'s offer at this point as I need to see what [redacted] will do to resolve the situation first.
