satisfy the customer over the past several monthsUnfortunately, despite our repeated efforts to ensure Mrs***’s complete satisfaction with our services, it appears the Mrs*** remains dissatisfied with our services. I must clarify that the manufacturer of the equipment confirmed that Mrs*** did not register her equipment within the time period required by the manufacturer. Nevertheless, in the sole interest of customer satisfaction, *** has agreed to reach out to the manufacturer to determine whether it will agree to provide alternative limited warranty coverage for the equipment. *** prides itself on providing premier customer service and appreciates your assistance in resolving this disputeIf you require additional information regarding this complaint, please contact me directly at ***

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: See below.I received a call from them today but the issue is far from resolved. The ** last Thursday and said they would keep in touch and let me know exactly what was happening. They wanted to get a *** from *** to come out.On Monday I get a call from one of their techs to say he was on his way (again no communication even though it was once again promised). As it happens I was at home so he came out and put another board in. Then said *** *** had asked him to collect data for him but if he collected all the data *** needed he would be there all day. Also said *** *** did not want to come out. Then mentioned that the pipes under the house were still sweating too much.So we are no further along. I still have a system that I am not sure if it works and still have pipes that are dripping condensation, which is what is causing the boards to blow in the first placeSince sending this I have had not heard anything from anyone. Even though as you can see from what the tech said above that further work is required.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I am happy the home service contract has been canceled and "service " fee waived.  However, I do not feel this voids the incredible amount of disrespect, lack of customer service from the branch, or ridiculously high quote I was given for a simple task nor the persistence of attempts to justify the reasoning for such a price and question of my intelligence. I appreciate the waiver of fees but do still believe the technician  and [redacted] ac should be retrained in the art of communication and customer service . I am rejecting this response because: a refund has been issued by this company however we are still having problems with their air conditioning unit. We had a scheduled appointment on July 23rd between the hours of 2 and 6 and nobody showed up for the appointment nor called us. I called the office and was told that a [redacted] would be giving me a call back in regards to the no-show appointment and continued problems we are having with the unit and nobody to this date has returned my phone call. I have left several messages with the [redacted] of [redacted] with no return phone call.
