Like many of the reviewers I was charged a monthly fee even though I was not using the service I called their customer service to complain They eventually sent me a refund I don't know if it was for the full amount but it was close to it

Still, this business model of "free, but if
you don't cancel within a certain number of days, then we charge you a lot of money" is anti-consumer especially when they don't provide the necessary links on their website to accomplish the cancellationFurther, their directions to accomplish a cancellation do not work!

FormSwift has been taking $out of my account for the past months withour my authorization I was asked to pay $when I first requested a document I called immediately and said the document was not sufficient and I did not want to be charged the $ I clearly stated that I did not want their services Today I run across the charges on my bank statement and had to call and ask who they were They issued me a credit for months however I need the other months refunded as well This seems to be their history Everyone is not lying on this company I have never logged on to their site or used their services Revdex.com please help me if you can This is a form of FRAUD in my opinion

Our records show that you did contact our company on 11/6/2017 to have your account cancelled and refunded. I see that your account was cancelled and refunded three charges on that date. Those refunds should already be back in your bank account. I have refunded one more electronically today so you should see that refund within your account in 5 business days.
Our payment gateways only allow us to refund up to 120 days, so we are issuing you a check for the remainder of your charges. The check will be in the amount of [redacted]. We will use the address you have provided in your complaint. If that is not a good address please call our customer service line right away to have that changed.
