I used Formswift 1x for two copies of a tax document (a free trial according to their site) and was charged $39.95 for the next 6 months. When I caught it, I called them and they denied that I cancelled it, agreeing that I had only made two copies of 1 tax form, and refused to give me anything but 2 months back. I told them that I had cancelled immediately (they denied it) and blaimed me for not responding to an email that I never received. I have contacted my bank as well as the Revdex.com. As to why I didn't catch it sooner, my bad. They are a horrible company and it is not worth being pick pocketed in order to get a form signed.

I use FormSwift religiously for my company. They offer all of the forms I need and have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. If any of those "Complainers" actually READ what the website says, they would know they were going to get charged if they didn't cancel. I nor any of my other friends who use FormSwift have ever had any issues with them!
