I called these people to complain about my account being cancelled, this woman starts to yell at me! screaming stop yelling I told her I am upset! she kept yelling give me the card number, I gave her the card number I asked her for help and she was very uncooperative! it was totally humiliating to be treated like this!!!!

I thought I had found a free online bill-of-sale form. When I completed it, their site asked me to pay $1.95. I was irritated, but I decided it wasn't worth the time to create my own document, so I provided my credit card and received an email receipt. I failed to notice that they added the following to the receipt: "Your 7-day trial gives you full access to all of FormSwift's features. Create additional legal and professional documents and sign and share them with a single click. Your account will be charged at the regular monthly rate after the trial ends". I didn't sign up for a 7-day trial, unless that line was hidden in the payment section of what I made. Regardless, I didn't want this "service" and I just noticed the $39.99 monthly billing for 4 months on my credit card. I am now working with my credit card company to get my money back. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!

When I found this site I was under the impression it was free! So I began editing my resume. This took sometime and when I was finally done I tried to save it. Thats when I was informed that it would cost me $1.00 frustrated I went ahead and pain so I didnt lose my work. Well that was a couple weeks ago and now I get a charge of 39.99 on my freaking card. Apparently you get tricked into signing up for a free trial and then every month after that you are charged . I am calling for a refund today and they better make this right!!

Formswift took my money without notice. I understand that I agreed to a 7 day trial and that I would be billed if my subscription exceeded 7 days. I am disappointed that Formswift never informed me that I was being billed each month. No receipt, no confirmation of payment, I just found it one day while looking through my bank charges. [redacted] has never let me down. I would go with [redacted] instead.

I first encountered Formswift (aka King Street Labs) in San Francisco while online, in March 2016 shopping for a legal form (Bill of Sale for a Vehicle). Formswift offered a one page form for $1.95 and I purchased it. Formswift had a 1 week trial before a monthly fixed billing of $39.95 (??) would occur, regardless if I ever purchased anything!. So the next day I called Formswift and cancelled any membership and future billings. All ok, and I did not hear from Formswift again ... until the months of August, September and October 2016 a charge showed up on my credit card each month for $39.95. The Company was listed as King Street Labs in San Francisco. Turned out to be Formswift, who I called. The Customer Support person said that the billing was a 'mistake' and that she would immediately put a stop to those billings. And of course she would refund my money, but due to some sort of 'computer error', she could not merely add a credit to my VISA card. She promised to mail (!!) a refund check that would arrive within 30 days. Huh? I called the bank and discussed my credit card account. I wanted to place a dispute on the 3 'mistaken' billings. They advised that I wait for the 30 days for the check and all would be ok. Well, I waited 35 days and no check arrived. I called my credit card bank again and did file a dispute with Formswift (King Street Labs). The bank promised that my account would be refunded the total amount (about $120) in 3-5 days, and no late fees would be charged. The next day I received 3 emails from Formswift. The first one mentioned that they had been contacted by VISA and that they would send me a refund check - at the end of the mont (again). Their scam has two parts: first, fraudulently bill your credit card $39.95 per month for nothing, and hope you never catch it and second, after you call and complain, claim that a 'computer error' prevents them from crediting an immediate refund to your credit card (like 100% of all legitimate businesses can do), byt if you wait until 'the end of the month' you will receive a check in the US Mail. But that check never comes. The emails they sent to me were form letters that they added my nae to the top of. Form letters that claims 'an error' in their refund mechanism, so that they must send a check - that never arrives.

they did not refund the money back to my account. Please investigate this company for we feel it is a fraudulent company.

By default their web page charges you $39.95 per month unless you opt out. I used it one time at the instructions of a recruiter and wound up being billed for 3 months. Their page should be an opt in, not an opt out. This is unethical.

I signed up for a FREE trial and never used the service this was in April. Today 9/23/2016 I happen to notice that they charged my credit card and since today is Friday I can't get ahold of anyone. I emailed my complaint and will have to wait till Monday. I do not believe it is a bad company just a misunderstanding. I will keep you informed of any delay in refund or resolution.
