Our 14+ year old AC system died about days ago (just before weekend over Hobaica got it patched/operating the next day We discussed whether the system should be replaced and concluded that it should Choosing a system without Hobaica's guidance would have been a very bad idea since what I thought I knew (from 14+ years ago) is now dated and no longer relevant Hobaica laid out alternatives and advantages and disadvantages of each The system was installed yesterday Despite our concerns about mess, heat and disruptions, there simply were none The installers, like everyone else, were both technically competent and, as importantly, reassuring when the inevitable problems arose (which they always do in an old house) My knowledge of HVAC systems is such that I recognize that I am almost wholly dependent on vendor Hobaica has earned that trust over the years I have been conducting business with them

Hobaica A/C Company is a great company with whom to do business Our A/C units (2) were years old and for the past years the maintenance crew who serviced our units recommended replacement as they could not guarantee that the units would last through another summer This year both units needed repair totalling $+ labor Time to replace Because we have been loyal customers of the Hobaica Company, we were given a quote that didn't need to "shop" Now we have new units on our roof providing comfort hopefully more efficiently The Hobaica workers were professional, polite and hardworking They showed up the day of the work a few minutes early They coordinated the Crane to remove the old units and lift the new ones into place I was inside the house at this time and was not even aware of the removal and placement of the new A/C units Hector, Jim and Ryan all were great I highly recommend this company
I have nothing but continued praise for the services that I have received from Hobaica for the past years As fate would have it, our hot water heater went out earlier in the month, and yesterday our A/C went out on us during the horrible heat spell Thanks to the outstanding service of Hobaica both incidents were fixed to perfection within one day for each incident You can not go wrong with Hobaica...The service rep for today's A/C repair, Justin D was truly professional, well trained and had outstanding PR abilities...We were so pleased Thank you Hobaica and Justin D
We recently had our first experience with Hobaica Services Steven A***, our service specialist, was punctual, polite, and professional He performed an inspection of our system and corrected problems with our condensate drain He explained the benefits of a home performance evaluation (which we scheduled) and also found a breach in our flex duct that will be repaired in the near future Steven explained all results thoroughly and provided photos for our records We were impressed with our first experience with Hobaica Services and would definitely recommend them
