Technician was very polite, put shoe covers on as entering house, and I told him about my A/C unit He even helped me change my A/C filter with one I had waiting He then proceeded to the roof to take care of the unit I don't remember how long, but it didn't seem to take that much time He came back in where he verified what I had originally told him, and I then paid him and he left He was a very nice person and would unquestionably have him back in the Fall for another A/C Maintenance and Tune-Up

I want to submit a review about Hobaica Services Hobaica has been my air conditioning and solar hot water heater provider for many years I have always received excellent service from them Recently I had a semi-annual maintenance service on the air conditioner in a rental property Not only did their technician Jeremiah contact me after his inspection immediately to report a problem caused by the tenant not cleaning the filter regularly, he also took the time to explain this necessity to the tenant in a courteous and professional manner I am grateful that his attention to detail prevented further problems with the unit Good job!
The Hobaica folks have installed a new air conditioning/heating unit for me as well as serviced my unit for years The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt In addition, every time I have contacted Hobaica, the support staff has always accommodated my appointment needs The last time I scheduled a maintenance appointment, I spoke with Samantha Byrd who was courteous and friendly and got the appointment scheduled for a time that suited my needs

They were responsive, prompt, and very professionalI cannot tell you how many home service companies come in for the smallest issue and angle to sell you more than your need or "bait and switch."
