Technician was very polite, put shoe covers on as entering house, and I told him about my A/C unit He even helped me change my A/C filter with one I had waiting He then proceeded to the roof to take care of the unit I don't remember how long, but it didn't seem to take that much time He came back in where he verified what I had originally told him, and I then paid him and he left He was a very nice person and would unquestionably have him back in the Fall for another A/C Maintenance and Tune-Up

I want to submit a review about Hobaica Services Hobaica has been my air conditioning and solar hot water heater provider for many years I have always received excellent service from them Recently I had a semi-annual maintenance service on the air conditioner in a rental property Not only did their technician Jeremiah contact me after his inspection immediately to report a problem caused by the tenant not cleaning the filter regularly, he also took the time to explain this necessity to the tenant in a courteous and professional manner I am grateful that his attention to detail prevented further problems with the unit Good job!
