The crew from Hobaica - Angel and Gerry -- did a great job replacing our heat/ac unit They arrived on time, did their work carefully (replacing our Christmas lights when they finished) and finished within the predicted time We were pleased at the price for the replacement -- having compared with a couple other companies in town And Hobaica was able to plug us into the schedule to get the work done before family arrived for Christmas
Hobaica has been servicing my a/c unit for around ten years I just purchased a new unit from them which was installed yesterday I was very happy with Andy, the salesman, and also Dammond, the installer They were both professional, knowledgeable, courteous and would highly recommend them

schedule a home visit by one of the techniciansJasmine on the service desk was able to dispatch a tech within a two hour time frame..She was excellentVery shortly afterward I received a call from the serviceman informing me he would be at my home in a half hour Also at about the same time I received an e-mail with the picture of my serviceman, Ken, so I would know whom to expect at the door Ken knocked on the door, immediately put on paper shoe covers and very quickly assessed the situation and told me exactly what I would need He was extremely cordial, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable in A/C repair I would give him an A+ and one more "outstanding" for Hobaica in generalThank you Hobaica...My family has been with this company since they started over years agoEdward NAbraham
I want to expressly recommend Jeremiah R*** as an exemplary employee - - he apprised me of his timely arrival time, he got right to work, he advised me of the condition of the AC units, and he also shared with me some concerns about my roof which I could not have foreseen as I have a fear of heights He knew that I should know about possible water damage so that I could engage a roofing professional to take care of matters Jeremiah was the ultimate professional Thank you all for sending him to me!
We recently had our first experience with Hobaica Services Steven A***, our service specialist, was punctual, polite, and professional He performed an inspection of our system and corrected problems with our condensate drain He explained the benefits of a home performance evaluation (which we scheduled) and also found a breach in our flex duct that will be repaired in the near future Steven explained all results thoroughly and provided photos for our records We were impressed with our first experience with Hobaica Services and would definitely recommend them
As always the tech is courteous, helpful and professionalI had asked for thermostat to be lowered for convenienceThis was done expedientallyI also questioned adding maintenance plumbing check contract to my A/C maintenance checkThis was completed upon our visit as well

Hobaica Services, Incwas a great company to work with; Andy Hobaica was the specialist we dealt with They installed a Daikin ton, seer, stage gas/electric unit with a year warranty The warranty will be extended to years with a reasonable yearly service plan that includes two times a year of service The installation was installed in a timely manner by Jose Garcia and Gerardo Chavarria who were very polite and respectful A week later Jimmy Hobaica followed up with us to ensure everything was working properly and if we had any questions
