We chose to purchase our air conditioner from Hobaica because of their reputation and long history in the Valley We all know that even the best of us can make mistakes and unfortunately, there was a mistake made during the installation of our unit I am giving them stars because I do not believe this mistake was typical for them, and their response to the mistake went above and beyond what you would expect I believe you can purchase from Hobaica expecting that things will be done correctly However, if you are a rare exception and something goes wrong, I know they will take care of it and treat you fairly There is a lot of comfort in knowing you are purchasing from a company with integrity

Angel and his crew arrived right on time, removed two old evap coolers in addition to replacing a heat pump They were friendly and willing to answer questions The entire job was done in hours A very positive experience!
