Received incomplete order [redacted] Service terrible Order #XXXXXXXX: Received incomplete order When first delivered it was shipped to another address in Florida and not to my address in Canada Requested explanation but none was given Their toll-free # X-XXX-XXX-XXXX written in all correspondence is not in use [redacted] service was not very helpful I demanded to speak to the owner by email but they wouldn't let me In my order they did not include my "Fragonard - Holiday Moment Vole Soap Gift Set" or my Fragonard - Pivoine EDT There was no explanation nor an email to explain why I received a 2nd box of the Fragonard - Moment Vole Holiday Gift Set I didn't order I want what I ordered This Company is terrible! I left a message to have someone call me back at XXX-XXX-XXXX but no one called me back This was weeks ago!

Ordered three items, two were sent; however, third item was on backorder Mailed a substitute, have been requesting a refund and a prepaid label On August 26, 2017, I ordered three items online, TLe Clerc Eye Primer, TLe Clerc Ivoire Pressed Powder, and La Maison De La Vanilla, piece sampler, Order# XXXXXXXX The total of the order was $ Within days, I received an email that my items were on backorder and would be in by the end of the week On Thursday, September 7, 2017, I emailed them asking them to cancel my order I received an email right away, with the tracking information that showed my package was delivered on Wednesday, September 6, ( I was in Indianapolis, did not get home till Friday, September 8) When I got home from Indianapolis, the package was on my doorstep I opened the package, two of the items the T.LeClerc items were accurate, however, La Maison De La Vanille was not shipped Instead they sent a non-ordered item, Fragonard 4-piece cream scent

charged on my credit card for a product they never delivered product was discontinued, asked for said they would credit my account and never did asked for refund and they said they would do that and email me never did I want a refund

This company has, on more than one occasion charged me for items they do not have in stock - and then failed to deliver For the second time in a year, this company sent part of an order with a packing slip indicating they've sent an entire order This last order (from November 2017) they admitted in an email (that I still have a copy of) that they failed to send a complete order They had promised to send the remainder of the order before mid-December They have stopped responding to calls or emails This has happened several times over the past years They had promised to never charge for items not in stock in the past but never made good I am missing at least bottles ($+ worth) of perfume They are dishonest
