I purchased a product on May 29, Never received the product and have requested a refund on several occasions No refund received

Received email on Sept saying one of the products I ordered was out of stock and would be back in stock on Sept Seller said they would ship two day mail to compensate for this delay
Sept 7, I replied to their email and said new delivery date would work Asked about item(s) I ordered

Emailed and no response I spoke to one person one of the times who said the products were to shipped on the 25th They were not shipped
