company has taken my money and not shipped product beginning July totaling over 1,
I've placed fragrance orders with this company between the months of July and August totaling over $1,via my credit card the company took my money and I have not received these orders I have called and emailed multiple times I have sent messages through facebook and posted on the company wall I finally received a reply after multiple requests on September 18th explaining that the products were backordered and that they should ship by October It is now October 18th and I have not received any further communication or reply from the company I have all these emails on record

I made an order for a product on 1/and my credit card was charged on 1/I never received product nor refund
I first reached out to the company on 1/via email and then via phoneThey explained that there was a delay but I was never notifiedI was assured I would receive my product (Perfume $79.50) by 2/I called again and left messages when that did not happenThey emailed a few days later saying there would be another delay until 2/and then again until 2/I asked for my money back and they said they would email me a confirmation or refund and that has not happenedI have no product and received no refund for my order

I ordered products and only received I was told after that products were on back order I asked for a refund and never got it
This company is a complete fraud I ordered products I called a week later to see if they were shipped and was told they had all and they were going out I received only products but they are from an old lot I called numerous times and sent emails I was told the products I did not receive were on back order and I have not received them I would like a refund since they charged my credit card and I did not receive what I ordered Most companies only charge for products when they are shipped If they didn't have the products in stock they should have contacted me and not lied to me on the phoneI would have cancelled the whole thing My order number was XXXXXXXX It was for T LeClerc foundations and powders I received the powders which are old and never received the foundations I am willing to send the powders back,
