Non responsive business Placed order, debited the full amount, did not return calls or emails, only received a partial shipment
After calling and emailing I was advised there was a backorder placed with Paris, FR I received all but one product and am still short and they have all my money From reviews on Yelp I see this is a constant complaint Poorly run business At this point I would like either the product asap or a credit asap I will never buy from them again and I consider this mail fraud

I either need to receive the correct item, or be issued a refund

The worst. I ordered two lipsticks in September. They have only sent me one. Said the other was on backorder two times with a promise to ship, but did not ship product. Left three voice mail messages, no calls were returned. Sent two email, and still have not received lipstick. They processed my full payment in September on my credit card. They are the worst customer service company I have ever experienced.
