When customer placed order on our website, it was clearly stated that standard shipping (which she chose) is NOT a guaranteed service. Email was sent asking if she wanted a refund or reshipment

FragranceNet.com does not have a live chat - no way this customer utilized this tool on our site. Refund has been processed for damaged bottle

Package was lost in transit. Issued refund in full

Return Merchandise Authorization was created and emailed to customer on 12/**/2014. Once package has been received refund will be processed. Package is still in transit back to us

Package was never received by customer as it was lost in transit by the common carrier. Processed refund in full

Package was never received and customer was never notified about the skin care delay. Package was shipped however lost in transit. A full refund has been issued
