Review: I want to return a perfume I purchased as a christmas present and they did not like it. Their return policy states the following:

In order to return merchandise, customers must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. Customers may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons.

When you call their number various times of the day, they state they are experiencing a high call volume. Bottom line they are not reachable to begin the process of a return. I want my money refunded asap.Desired Settlement: I want them to contact me asap with the RMA number so that I can return this package for a refund. THey need to do what they say they will do and make themselves available to do this. They are playing games with people to later say they you have passed their 30 day policy.

Review: I purchased a product from this company, and was charged for the product. They sent me the wrong product, but the company is not responding to my return requests. I have submitted multiple requests via email for an RMA from the company through their Customer Service website, but they will not respond. I have also tried to call the company numerous time, but have been placed on hold for over 45 minutes each time.

I have called and sent requests multiple times over the last week.Desired Settlement: I want this company to honor their return policy. I want either a full refund, including any and all shipping charges, taxes as well as the cost of the product, or an exchange for the correct product for which I ordered and paid.

I am totally upset with this firm!! I immediately sent back the perfume in their box and they have received it. However, I'm not getting my full price of $63 back and I don't know why. PLUS, I won't get it till the end of the month, if ever. And when I try to call them to ask why I didn't get my full refund, their answering machine says that no one can come to the phone because they are too busy so email them with your question. How can anyone do business with such a horrible business! No wonder they have so many bad reviews online. If they were a reputable business with good customer service, they would immediately refund my entire purchase price. What do I do now? Wait till January * for a refund that is not my entire money and may never come? This is completely unacceptable. They have the perfume which I never opened in their original outside box and I have to wait more than a month for a refund that is not even the entire amount that I spent.

Review: I ordered cologne (2 bottles) from this business back in November 2015. Order # [redacted]. I received the product BUT found it for better pricing elsewhere and called FragranceNet to cancel order but it had already shipped. I was given an RMA # to return the box once received.

I followed all directions and returned the unopened box on December [redacted], 2015 with RMA # [redacted] as well as the label provided by FragranceNet as requested.

It has been over a month since returning the product and every time I call = all different hours of the day, the VRU states the same thing - all our agents are busy with other customers, call back at a later time and then hangs up. I have gone online to the site and have contacted them twice through emails submission but to no avail.

How can a business take a person's money and not refund it as required? I am ashamed for them on how they do business.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to be refunded for the product that I returned unopened and a formal apology for not following up with customers that have certainly reached out to them for resolution on several occasions. Due to all the headaches of following up with this return, I would like full refund of the purchase price without question.

I should and expect to be refunded $38.43.

Review: I had ordered Jimmy Choo body cream for my girlfriend around the end of December(Product[redacted]). When I had received the product not only did it not look like the picture(product received was pure white in color, not tan)but there were Russian letters along the box. As far as I know Jimmy Choo products are NOT Russian. My girlfriend does not feel safe using the product knowing it is a fake. Note: The site said it was "100% Authentic".Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the product that was purchased but I do not know how to go about doing that. Please let me know if a refund is possible, and how I would go about doing it.

Never received an email with confirmation of the purchase. tried to call MULTIPLE times, many times a day every day and they never pick up the phone. some times waited for over an hour and no one answers. sent 2 emails, texted and no call backs. I bought fast shipping because I was going out of the country on Friday night, the purchase was made on Monday. Never got the products. But they charged my credit card. I just got back from my trip and now I want my money back. The total of $481.02. They were gifts for the family and now it's too late.Desired Settlement: All I want is the $481.02 back. without any deductions. and tell them how horrible their customer service is. I don't think that I have ever seen anything like it.

Today Jan * 2016. I have been on hold for 50 mins and counting, all because I need a return merchandise # to send back my item. When a rep. Finally answered her demeanor was dispictable and arrogant. If you don't want to do your job, then get the hell out and let someone who does want to work take that position.

I told her I had been on hold for over 50 mins, and asked what I needed to do so I could make a return. I told her I only received a piece of wax paper with my item and order number, she said "What's your order number" very nasty tone. I gave her the number and asked how I get the Return merchandise code and again nasty she replied "I give it" and then clicked back into the question where I was back on hold at # 21 and here it is 25 mins later and still on hold.

THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT APPEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ONE PHONE REP. HORRIBLE. THE WORST IS: Conveniently there is no supervisor to complain to.

Folks be cautious, there are other companies out there that will value your business and this IS DEFINATELY NOT ONE OF THEM.

Review: I ordered a bottle of cologne for a present and when it was received it was open and is either a fake or watered down. Then I try to contact company which is impossible because there phones are always busy and say call back or experience a 75 minute wait hold then they disconnect you and you can go on chat and same thing happens. Then they finally email me a return slip and want to charge me 20% of the item because it was open? Which isn't my fault and if it was authentic I would have kept it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for this item.

Fragrance.net buyer beware you might as well throw your money out the window. I ordered from France trottinette they put the wrong address when you call you are going to wait an hour before you will get to customer service if you get to customer service. And when you reach customer service its always some angry person. I explain to them that I purchase my order on February the third and got a confirmation the next day was the longest dress tried to get in touch with them for two days could not called to ups and they said it never left the shipping doc waited a couple of days try to contact fragrance.net again with no success. I looked at the tracking still packaged never left the shipping called. Called fragrance.net they put me on hold for about 15 minutes. Then came back and said I'm sorry it's already shipped there's nothing we can do. And was told even though the shipping label was wrong it would still be delivered to me if you want to buy some cologne go to Dillard's.

I placed an order with this company on December **, 2015, for the purpose of a Christmas gift. It is now 12/**.15, and after being on hold for over an hour waiting to get a customer service representative on the phone, I was told that the package was still in route, and would be delivered on 12/**/15. The delivery date was once 12/**, and then 12/**, and now 12/**. When I asked for a refund, stating that at this point I was just going to go to a Mall, I was told that they could not do that because it was scheduled for delivery. After much back and forth, I was told that I could have a refund if it does not show up on 12/**. If it does not, I will file a dispute complaint with Revdex.com, as well. No consideration for the constant change in delivery date, the extensive wait on the phone, and the fact that my gift was not here in time for my loved one. I cannot use this company any more.

Review: I placed a $390 dolar order with this company online they advertise they accept paypal however after placing order they have no way to use paypal,so I sent my visa card ,they rejected that form of payment [no reason was given] I called their customer svc to find out why visa was rejected and was told "because our billing dept decided that and I cannot help you and hung up" I then recd an email stating my order was on hold and that they would ONLY accept a check ,postal money order or wire transfer.Anoyed but wanting the advertised genuine colognes, I sent via us express mail a us postal money order, only to rec an email today stating they will not accept a us postal money order and state I must use a wire transfer ! Review: On Dec [redacted], 2014 I ordered cologne for my husband and son for Christmas. Delivery was 7-10 business days. To date I have not received the products I ordered. I've emailed fragrancenet 3 times and not once has anyone contacted me via phone. I have tracked my delivery and [redacted] dropped it off at the [redacted] in Chino CA and it never got to me. I got an email from [redacted] with "Your package is in a [redacted] SmartPost sorting facility on its way to your address". Nothing else. Review: I received a counterfeit fragrance that was supposed to be "Viva la Juicy". Upon further inspection of the product the smell was off. The packaging was not the same as packaging at other retailers that sell the product. On fragrancenet.com the statement " We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes at the best possible low cheap prices. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. the perfume back to them at my expense. I have a problem with this because my

issue is not that I am unhappy with the product, it that I was defrauded out of

my money. The item they sent was fraudulent. Their response for what I need to

do to receive a refund of the money that was basically stolen from me is that I

must pay again to ship the item back. This makes no sense as I am already out

$37 due to a shady company. A quick review of the company’s reputation shows

that this is a common complaint for this company. I am being asked to pay to receive

a refund for the money that was stolen. I have no problem returning the item,

but at my expense is a most definitely problem.
