the perfume back to them at my expense. I have a problem with this because my
issue is not that I am unhappy with the product, it that I was defrauded out of
my money. The item they sent was fraudulent. Their response for what I need to
do to receive a refund of the money that was basically stolen from me is that I
must pay again to ship the item back. This makes no sense as I am already out
$37 due to a shady company. A quick review of the company’s reputation shows
that this is a common complaint for this company. I am being asked to pay to receive
a refund for the money that was stolen. I have no problem returning the item,
but at my expense is a most definitely problem.

I appreciate that [redacted] is...

canceling the subscription to People magazine. But the bigger issue is why Fragrance Net provided my name and contact information to [redacted] without my express consent. I did not authorize the release of any information about myself to [redacted] and never requested a subscription from that company. I think the company, Fragrance Net, needs to reevaluate their business practices and require each consumer to either accept or reject the subscription offer. Consumer addresses and emails should NOT be provided to other companies for the purpose of providing additional services when the consumer has not approved it.

I was never inform about the item I ordered wasn't in stock  and I had to call and email the business for several days before I got a response. The response came 8hours before Christmas day. This could've been handle more professional than it was. When I finally talk to someone many days later there attitude was like you getting your money back now be happy. I want be happy until I receive the item I ordered and I'm not paying for it.

The business never contacted me regarding offering a refund they replied saying that the item had been shipped and to wait 4-7 days. the option that they had given for delivery was free shipping and it guaranteed  that the gift would be delivered by 2/**/2015. I didnt want the refund, I wanted the item I had paid for. And if I didn't choose a delivery option, why would they have sent an email stating that it would arrive within my chosen delivery time ?At this point I would like a full refund, i've bought from them many times and this is the first that im having a problem with them and last time i'll be dealing with ordering from there company.

Review: I received the bottle of perfume and the bottle had a crack and had leaked. I have tried to contact them several times being on hold for over an hour each time ... if you can get through to the waiting list...several attempts I was met with they are to busy ...please call back. On 1.**.16 I Finally got through by , hitting the button to place a new order... waited 40 minutes.. once I told them that I had an complaint about my order, I was put on hold and forwarded to customer service where I received a automated voice saying , please call back , we are to busy.Desired Settlement: exchange or refund

I had ordered a TomFord Noir Perfume through Frangrancenet.com. My order no. is [redacted].

I wanted to return the order since I had tested a sample of the perfume at a different store and I didnt like it.

I have the box unopened and want to return the Item to Fragrancenet.com however I have been calling and mailing Customer Service several times for the past few days but got no response.

I am stuck with an unwanted order, I want a refund.

Please help.

With reference to complaint ID [redacted], the business contacted me directly after I raised this complaint to send me the Return Labels.I used the return labels immediately to ship the package back to their store. I am currently waiting for their refund.You can consider this issue as partly resolved. The intention of this complaint is poor Customer Service and their unavailability when customers need to speak to them.It took me a lot of time in getting their attention.

Review: I ordered perfume as a Christmas Gift on 12/**/15 from FragranceNet.com because their web page offered 2-Day Express Delivery. The order did not arrive until 12/**/15. FragranceNet.com offered only excuses and blame on the "couriers" - this is poor customer service and I will NEVER order from this clueless company again.Desired Settlement: I would have expected the company to offer a discount for non-compliance with their advertised delivery commitments OR to take the product back without any charges (re-stocking, handling, or shipping fees).

Review: On Tuesday, October *, I ordered, online "Organza" fragrance from FragranceNet.com. I placed ONE order and gave my credit card information ... my total cost was $57.19. I, on Wednesday, the [redacted], received two separate "confirmations" for my ONE order. I phoned FragranceNet.com and spoke to a representative who assured me that there must have been some kind of error, "Those things happen on line, you know" she said. She guaranteed that the second, non-existing order would be "cancelled" and the funds (which were "pending" at the time) would not be deducted from my account. Only ONE order of Organza for $57.19 would be evident. On Friday, October **, I received ONE correct order, checked my banking and found that FragranceNet.com made away with two $57.19 charges...the company now has $114.38 instead of $57.19 of my money! I phoned again. I was told that the bank would know that the $57.19 is in the works and that the credit/refund would appear quickly. On Saturday, October **, FragranceNet.com has refunded only $6.06...I have been shorted $41.13! The bank knows nothing about any more money coming from FragranceNet.com. I was given a bogus e-mail address to contact someone in authority and phones are not "manned" on Saturday to do anything else about this. Where is my $41.13?Desired Settlement: I insist that the balance of the false, duplicate order be refunded and available in my account immediately! I want the additional $41.13...FragranceNet.com stole $57.19 and refuses to return it!

However, I maintain that there should be a training session in attitude and grammar required for Customer Service and a disclaimer that a customer, when ordering, has a good chance of FragranceNet.com attempting dishonesty with ignorance.

Review: I just learned from the [redacted] corporate office that FrangranceNet.com is not authorized to sell their perfume and are selling counterfeit units. The question of whether or not the perfumes were authentic arose when after purchasing a bottle, the scent of the perfume dissipated in 20 minutes. The authentic perfume last for hours. I then contacted [redacted] to find out if FrangrancNet.com was authorized/licensed to sell their perfume and was told no and that an investigation would be initiated.

I am really disillusioned with Revdex.com because this e-commerce site has been given an A+ rating, the reason I felt safe even purchasing from them in the first place.

FragranceNet.com should not be allowed to advertise that their products are 100% genuine, when they are not and the Revdex.com rating needs to be updated to reflect the counterfeit activity.Desired Settlement: FragranceNet.com should not be able to state. "Product Guarantee All of the products showcased throughout FragranceNet.com are 100% original brand names. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes, colognes and beauty products. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs." This statement was taken directly from their website.
