Great experience got my products within the second day they were also real colognes. It also came with samples of other colognes which was unexpected. Definitely we continue purchasing from this company and will also recommend to other people.

Review: Order was placed for 1 bottle of Viva La Juicy Perfume and 1 Cameleono Makeup kit. with Fragrancenet.com On Decemeber **, 2014 at 8:47pm. Both items were in stock and promised for the Christmas Holiday delivery. Order confirmation was received on 12/**/21014 and completed payment of $59.23 was also authorized on 12/**/2014.

On 12/**/2014 this order still only had a "received" status. After several attempts at calling the customer service number to no avail, I sent customer service an email asking for an update as to where my order was and why It still had not been processed for shipping. I made it clear these items were Christmas presents and at time of ordering the products showed up as in stock and available. Also that I had ordered well in advance to assure delivery before Christmas. I received an email back stating there was a delay in my order and it had been put on hold. Since they valued my business I was supposed to be given a 10% DISCOUNT. on this current order. I emailed again on 12/**/2014 asking if this order would arrive before Christmas, also asking how they intended to issue the 10% discount and expressing my disappointment in the customer service. I received a reply that stated only that refunds can take 3-7 days. Again I emailed asking for my questions to be answered on when I would receive this package and to please address my concerns. I received NO reply . I sent another email on 12/**/2014 again asking for my questions on delivery and the refund to be answered. Also stating that this is now a big inconvenience since I now have the funds tied up with their company and can not just run out and replace the items. Again NO reply from Fragrancenet.com . On 12/**/2014 the order finally shows up as shipped, however it is not even scheduled to be delivered until Monday 12/**/2014 & I have not received the refund. This customer service is completely unacceptable and at this point I can not even get a return email from the customer service department.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if Fragrancenet would honor their promise of delivery BEFORE Christmas and the refund they promised me by email. It is only fair for this company to Make it right. It has now left me without 2 Christmas gifts and without the funds to replace the items . They failed entirely at honoring their sales commitment. Fragrancenet is obligated to make this whole transaction Right with me. This experience with Fragrancenet has been completely Unsatisfactory.

Review: I received my order from fragnece.net on sunday 12/**/2015. When I opened box immediatly noticed it was not what I ordered. In the box contained [redacted] and [redacted]. I ordered [redacted] 4.2 onces and Ed hardy skullls and roses 3.4 onces . I immediatly tried contacting them, was not open. I emailed company 5 times , sent 4 faxes and 3 phone calls. Monday morning I dialed the [redacted] 9am , I was on hold for 1.5 hours only to be transfered to a deptermant that is to busy to take my call and says call back later. I also tried calling today at 9 am and same thing happend even though I literally begged the lady not to transfer me .No reply to my 5 emails or fax. I want what I paid for by christams . Review: I ordered 2 items from FragranceNet.com on 11/**/15. 1 Versace Cologne & 1 Amor Amor Perfume.

My problem is the Amor Amor perfume bottle was used. It came in a damaged box (ripped in 2 corners) No plastic wrap and the bottle had a lot of soil marks & finger prints. This bottle was clearly a used perfume, most likely a return from another customer. I bought this perfume as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, but how am I supposed to give this to her in this condition??

I tried calling & emailing FrangranceNet.com numerous times about this issue, but got no response. I even tried their "live chat" which is totally meant to irritate & discourage customers from contacting them. ( 45 min bogus waiting time in queue and finally when I got through it was a BOT named Dianna talking.) Dianna instructed me to call the 1800 number. LOL good luck with that!

This company does their customers dirty! No wonder there are so many other complaints about this place. I regret buying from them. Never again will I buy from this company!

Review: I purchased this perfume which I'm familiar with for many years from Fragrance.net. I order five (5) 8oz bottle since the next one is 4 oz for only $2.00 less. Fragrance.net shipped me a 4oz bottle and in addition, this perfume seem to be some sort of imitation.

The original that you buy at any other retailer comes with a cloth pouch where the bottle sits in, making it more attractive for a gift, etc.

I have complaint to them and to this writing no correction has been made. If you encounter something similar; just file a "charge-back" with your credit card company and you will get your money back.

This outfit seems to be selling imitation perfumes and even some that says "tester" NOT FOR SALE.

I have made purchases from them this year alone in excess of USD$3KDesired Settlement: I have complaint to them and there has been NO resolution.

I will like to exchange this 5 bottles of perfume with a different one of my choice OR for them to ship me what I order; including the cloth pouch that is to be something as part of the perfume.

Review: On 12/**/2015 I placed an order. That order # is [redacted]. Shortly after placing the order I discovered a 30% coupon code and called them to ask if they would apply it. Apparently, they were very busy and could not take my call however, within their recording they state that if you want to change your coupon code, it can now be done on their website. I immediately went to their website and after some scouring through was able to locate the option which is done by submitting an email. I followed the instructions and did so. I waited about a week or so and never received a reply so I called them again. However, they were too busy to take my call once again. I went through the website and submitted my request again. I waited another week or so and never heard from Fragrancenet. I tried calling them again but now they were closed for the holidays. I waited until they reopened and on 1/*/16 contacted them again on the phone. I waited 56 minutes to speak to a rep but was disconnected before one came on the line. I called again today 1/*/16 and waited 1 hour and 16 minutes to speak to a rep who was extremely rude and stated that all of the 30% coupon codes had expired at the beginning of the year. I informed her that though they may have expired now, they were certainly valid at the time of my purchase and that I had requested the discount 2 times in December. I asked her to please check the email server for proof, before I was done speaking she said hold on and put me back into the queue where a recording stated I was number 36 in line. I had already waited over an hour and simply hung up the phone at that point. I'm not only frustrated with this situation but feel like it was abuse of my time and would like a resolution. On Octotober [redacted] I made an order with Fragrancenet.com for 65.61USD.#[redacted] The order came with a FEDEX tracking number [redacted] with delivery estimate 11/**.

on 11/** the delivery estimate changed to N/A and the product was supposed to be in transit to Baltimore

from FEDEX SMARTPOST [redacted].

As I got concerned about my order, I contacted Fragrancenet.com through email and asked an update about the order.

Their answer:

We apologize but at this time we are unable to provide delivery to your country.

We are working to improve and increase our international shipping options so that we may better serve our customers in the future.

Please let us know if you have any further questions."

So they now let me know they can’t deliver to the US, which I was not told before ordering my product.

And their information does not correlate with FEDEX information, which supposedly have my product in transit

near the final destination, while Fragrance claims it is not shipped to the US.

So I asked them for a refund of my product

Their answer:

"Thank you for contacting FragranceNet.com.

We apologize that your package has not been received and we appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, it is necessary to wait 10 business days before our systems will allow us to process a refund or reshipment.

If you have not received your package by November *, 2013 please contact us again."

And so I contacted them again on Nov [redacted] asking to proceed with the refund.

"Thank you for contacting FragranceNet.com.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order at this time since the order fulfillment process has already begun.

Please let us know if you have any further questions."

This is outrageous customer service quality for a product I never received.

Therefore I request a full refund of my order.

I received an email stating that my order was canceled on 10/*/2013 because they didnt have the orders in stock, and that I was going to be credited 52.15 to my bank account. However, if my order was canceled than I want my full refund of 90.93 returned to my bank account. Review: Below is the eighth email that I have sent to this company. They have failed to help me in anyway.

I'm not sure who this will actually go to, whether it be an actual customer service representative or an automated mail box, but I felt the need to share my first experience using your website to place an order. Unfortunately, it was probably the worst online shopping experience I've had thus far.

I know every company claims to put the "customer first", but that is not always the case. Here is the issue I've had:

On Saturday 3/**/14, I had placed an order online for item # 120682 & item # 221061. The only reason I decided to get item 221061, was to make my order over $59.00 so I would be eligible for the "free shipping". I made sure that the items I had selected were not on back order, as I had read on your website that it would cause a delay in delivery. I was specifically needing this order for an event I was traveling to on 3/**/14. I reviewed my order, and saw that there were two different shipping options. I selected "Standard Ground U.S. Shipping" which specifically advises "2-5 business days", which would mean I would receive my delivery at the latest by 3/**/14.

I wanted to make sure that my order was on track and see when I would actually be receiving my delivery. I emailed your company on 3/**/14 stating:

There is no tracking information on my order and I need to know when it will be delivered. Can you

please get back to me as soon as possible with this information? Thank you.

I received a response from your company on 3/**/14 stating:

We wanted to inform you that there will be a slight delay in receiving your order. The make-up products you ordered have been delayed by the manufacturer.

Your order is on temporary hold in our warehouse awaiting the arrival of the make-up products

As I had previously stated, I made sure when placing my order that I did not select any items that were on back order because I specifically needed it by 3/**/14 at the latest. I responded back to your company on 3/**/14 at 4:21 p.m. with the following email:

Your website was not up to date when I placed my order then. I need my order of perfume by 3/**/14. I would like you to cancel the make-up order seeing as how I was given wrong information. I had made sure not to order any back-ordered items because I needed my order by 3/**/14 at the latest. If you are unable to have the perfume delivered by 3/**/14, I would like this whole order to be cancelled and my card refunded. Please let me know as soon as possible whether I will receive the Light Blue order by 3/**/14, or if you are cancelling out the entire order and refunding me. Thanks.

I then received an email from your company on 3/**/14 at 6:17 p.m. stating:

thank you for your recent fragrancenet.com order # [redacted]. We're pleased to let you know that your order has been shipped from our warehouse via FedEx SmartPost. (final delivery of your package will be made by the United States Postal Service). Your tracking number is: [redacted].

Firstly, not only was I completely annoyed at the fact that when I sent an email, all I would get in return was an automated email, or what seemed to be automated. I have worked in Customer service for a large corporation in the past, and I was absolutely apaulled how your company handles concerns of customers. I had advised that your website displays wrong information on the delivery times when reviewing your order. Had I had known that this order would not have been here by 3/**/14, I would have NEVER placed it on your website. Not only did your company advise that a product I had selected was on "back order" (when I 100% knew that it did not say it was on your website) your representitives fully ignored my email stating I needed to cancel my order if it would not be here by 3/**/14, and suddenly the product was available and shipped once there was a request to cancel. I find this absolutely horrible. I then sent 5 response emails after the confirmation email I received. ALL of the representatives that responded, would not answer any of my questions or be of any help. They would just copy and paste:

We're pleased to let you know that your order has been shipped from our warehourse via fedEx SmartPost. (Final delivery of your package will be made by the United States Postal Service). Your tracking number is [redacted].

This was basically your company saying "your order was sent, there's nothing we can do for you". It was completely rude. Not to mention, I checked the order status and it would not be delivered until 3/**/14, which defeated the purpose of my order. Since your company refused to help me, I was stuck paying an addition fee to go out and buy the same exact perfume at the mall. Therefore I spent twice as much.

I have a huge problem with the fact that all of my emails were ignored and even though I tried to take precaution ordering and emailing your company, you ignored it. I am now out $65 since I had to go out and purchase the same product on my own because your website had given incorrect information and your staff ignored my request to cancel my order and refund my card.Desired Settlement: When I was placing my order, it was between FragranceNet and Amazon. I decided to place my order on FragranceNet.com because they were advertising free shipping for orders over $59. This is the only reason I had also included item 221061 (Bare Escentuals i.d. BareMinerals Face Color-soft focus true--0.57g/0.02oz. for women) so that I would receive the free shipping.

Since the companys website had given me incorrect information: Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (2-5 business days), and ignored my request to cancel the order and receive a refund to my credit card, I would like either a refund of some type to my credit card or them to adjust the billing and refund me some of my money. Because of this incorrect information, I had to go out an buy the same product I had ordered which costed me an additional $65. If I had known when reviewing my order, that I would not receive it by the day I needed it, I would have canceled my order all together. Instead, I ended up spending $113.15, buying an extra perfume that I do not need, and having to deal with this whole issue.

I have worked for customer service for a large corporation in the past and if I had ignored a request or a concern from a customer, I would most likely have lost my job. Apparently after the numerous duplicate responses I received through email, they could not care any less what your issue is as long as they get money.

I am POSITIVE I selected two items that did NOT say they were on back order. I know this specification because I read that it would delay the order. I didn't even need the makeup I selected that they stayed "delayed the order". I only purchased it to make my order over $59 to qualify for the "free shipping". I know their website did not state that it was on back order because if it did, I would've selected another product of equal value to qualify for the "free shipping". I needed this order by a specific date, and the option of standard U.S. Ground delivery stated it would be delivered in 2-5 business days. It is this companies error if they did not update their website according to their inventory. It is also the companies issue that they specifically stated that the option of standard ground U.S. Shipping would take 2-5 business days. It does not say estimated, or approximately. If it had, I would have made sure to have ordered my perfume off of another website. Because of their careless mistakes and awful customer service, I spent an additional $65 that I wouldn't have had to if I got my order when they stated I would have.

I just recently ordered from them and I received everything undamaged and the same as if I got from the store. They emailed me all the tracking info from their site to [redacted]. I received it right on time for my fiances Birthday. I will be ordering again.

Review: On March [redacted] 2016 I made a purchase of items in excess of 90.00 from FragranceNet. The Items where intended for Anniversary a couple week later. After patiently waiting for two weeks I learned that the order had been lost. During the initial phone call I was told that items where shipped ground and that there was restrictions placed on liquids so that is only ship method and it was slow. This was understandable to me and I then realized that according to their own restrictions that I only had until [redacted] day to request a refund on a package that had not been delivered. I then called on the [redacted] and was on hold for 40 minutes while a computer repeated I was number 15 in queue for the entire phone call until 5:05 PM then I was told to call back during normal business hours. In fear of not meeting the criteria for a refund or claim I sent an email that night. I then called back on [redacted] and was on hold for about 15 minutes and was finally greeted by Maria. Her smile was coming through the phone let me tell ya. I then asked about status of package and found that apparently it had been lost (not sure how long they had known that) and that I was issued a refund from the email I sent the night before. I then asked the question of about them not being reliable or dependable and was a refund the only option. Since the delivery had already missed the Anniversary I was still slightly interested in the items. I was informed that this was not an option and at this point the refund was already issued and that my troubles was an acceptable fraction of the thousands of orders that was placed with no issues. I must be very unlucky for this to be the first purchase made and to have this trouble. For me to rely on FragranceNet as part of an Anniversary was a mistake that I hope I can keep someone else from making. If it is acceptable for this company to cause this much worry, replanning and wait on a promised item and then pop up at the end and say sorry about your luck here is you a refund then this company is not one I would recommend doing business with. Review: My husband ordered a bottle of Chloe Eau de Parfum from this website for Mother's Day 2015. I just recently got around to using it as I still had some left in another bottle I owned (purchased from Sephora). This "new" perfume from Fragrancenet.com is not Chloe! It smells nothing like the original Chloe (I've worn it for almost 8 years now). It seems to be watered down or have a heavy alcohol smell that a 6 month old fragrance should NOT have! It even irritates the skin on my wrist. I am highly disgusted and when I called to work it out with the company, I had to wait on hold for 62 minutes!!! When I finally got someone on the phone, she all of a sudden tried to transfer me and the call was disconnected!!! I call back and am told to call back another time by an automated voice each time I try to call back!!!Desired Settlement: Refund or Replacement with CORRECT AUTHENTIC parfum.

Review: I Ordered a men's cologne GIFT SET which was suppose to $74.96. I was charged $84.30. I contacted the seller over 9-times to fix the price difference and me AND my Law Firm let them know they have engaged in false advertisement by doing us this way and ALSO for being the SELLER on [redacted] for this same GIFT SET for $73.00 and then denying this price difference as well. FragranceNet each time (over 9-times) emailed back to us that they had an excellent rating with the Revdex.com and they were NOT going to adjust our Order to make it correctly priced. They are one sorry BRAGGING online company!! They BRAG about not being able to be dealt with by the Revdex.com. They REFUSE to help a good customer by adjusting the price to reflect the $9.00 - $10.00 difference. They are rude, calculating and offensive,-most un-professional. NINE to TEN DOLLARS we're talking about here and they won't even make things right with us.Desired Settlement: Credit our VISA $10.00 and apologize. Review: I ordered a bottle of Azzaro Chrome cologne as a gift for Christmas, however upon receiving it, I noticed there was something VERY wrong. When my husband sprayed it, I had to actually put my nose fully on his arm to smell it at all. I have bought this cologne from authentic dealers in the past and when it is sprayed it is very strong and you can smell it instantly. This only lasted about 20-30 minutes and was also very oily. So oily, in fact, that it caused the bar code sticker to distort. This was purchased as a "tester", but somehow it was full as if brand new, but with no lid. The bottom label is missing as well. This is, in my opinion, fake and I am truly disappointed and will accept nothing less than a full refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund of item, if return is desired, a prepaid label is to be provided.
