Review: On February *, 2015, I made a same-day wire transfer to Fragrancenet.com's Keybank account in the amount of $443.82. This wire transfer was in accordance with the companies instructions. It was a payment for Order [redacted]. Over the last few weeks, I have called at least 4 times, each time waiting approximately 45 minutes on hold to speak to a representative. Each representative has told me that my payment is not showing in their system that it has arrived. I have been told it should take a week to apppear even though I paid $25.00 for expedited same-day transfer. Regardless it has been over 2 weeks, going on 3 weeks and they continue to tell me it has not arrived. I also emailed their [redacted] email and no response. I emailed them all the bank documentation confirming the wire transfer arrived to their account on February *, 2014. At this point I feel I have no other choice but to seek remedy through the Revdex.com. They refuse to pass me to a [redacted] and they tell me someone will call or email after they look into the matter and they never do. I have the two emails with the bank information that I sent to the company if anyone needs to review it. I even asked them to review the information to confirm there was not a mistake by my bank. However, I have had no response.Desired Settlement: I have told them to please send the merchandise promptly plus the $25.00 I paid for expedited same-day wire transfer OR a refund of all out-of-pocket costs which would be the $443.82 plus $25.00 wire transfer fee. Either will do, but I have had no response.

Since it's been over a week and I have not yet received my order, I decided to call their customer service with the number on their website but never was able to speak with a "live" person. I also sent an email regarding this with no response!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I then decided to contact [redacted] but they have NO record of my tracking number!!!! Review: My friend bought Lancome perfume for me as a gift from fragrancenet.com. I have read a lot of speculation about the products not being legitimate at this site and I checked with Lancome to verify. Lancome confirmed that fragrancenet.com is not an authorized retailer for Lancome so I wanted to return the item.

I have tried calling several times only to be on hold for over 10 minutes before finally hanging up. I have also sent a return item request by email but have never received a response.

I just went to their website to review their return policy. If you open the product packaging you do not get 20% of the price and you have to pay for shipping... the worst return policy I have ever encountered!Desired Settlement: I would like a 100% refund before I send the product because other reviews I have read on Revdex.com say that the customer returned the product and never received the refund... and still unable to connect with them.

Review: Ordered a cologne that has been discontinued in department stores. "Poeme by Lancome". Advertised that it was authentic. Been wearing this product for over 15 years, I know what it smells like. It smells nothing like my favorite cologne. The return was initiated on the companies end once I filed with Revdex.com. I didn't request it. My review on their site was never posted for the public for obvious reasons. ( I sent two) If they really cared about my satisfaction they would have contacted me once I gave the bad review. The return policy does state 30 days. I knew nothing about a late return fee. Where is that stated if the return policy is 30 days? Again I reiterate, I've worn this cologne for many years. There would not have been an issue at all if I had got what I requested in the first place and not an imposter.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on Dec.*, 2015. On Dec.**,2015 I received an email stating my order had been shipped. I was keeping track of the delivery as I needed the item for Christmas. The [redacted] tracking stated I should receive my order by end of day on Dec.**,2015. I did not receive my order. I went back to check tracking with [redacted]. I just got a question mark! Next day I checked tracking of order again, it now states I will receive my order by end of day on Dec.**, 2015. Still no delivery. I tried to contact the company thru their customer service line, they do not answer their phones. I used their line for placing orders and waited about an hour and a half and spoke with someone who told me [redacted] had delivered the package to my local Post Office. I called my local Post Office and they do not have the package. I then called my credit card company, and sure enough, FragranceNet.com has already billed me for this item I have yet to receive! As a matter of fact, they collected their money a day after I placed the order. I have just been getting the run around with this company and from checking on their [redacted] page, I am not alone. Review: I placed an order on 2/**/2015 for a perfume product that they guaranteed would be delivered on 2/**/2015. Fragrance.net emailed me a tracking number on 2/**/2015 saying that the product had been shipped out. I tracked the package on 2/**/2015 and there was nothing posted or information provided for the tracking number that Fragrance.net provided me.

I decided to call [redacted] customer service to see if there were any weather delays or just why there was no information posted. The [redacted] customer service representative informed me that they never received a package from Fragrance.net just the tracking number.

After finding out that information from [redacted] I emailed Fragrance.net with my concerns, they then followed with a reply that I should allow 4-7 days for the shipping. So I waited, and still no information posted on [redacted] tracking site and I hae sent 2 emails to Fragrance.net and now i'm getting no response. If you try calling the customer service line you will remain on hold with a live individual ever answering.

I've been charged for this product already, I want what I paid for. It seems as if they can not keep up with their customer service demand.

I'm asking for help, because I know feel as if they are trying to get away with keeping my money. This company needs to make right and fix this problemDesired Settlement: Again, I would like for this company to make right their wrong. I want what I paid for with no hassle.

Review: On December *, 2015 I ordered a Christmas gift. I received an email that it shipped on 12/*/15. The gift never arrived. I emailed several times and went on line chat. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told to email (again!). I explained that I wanted the gift expedited--It looks to the recipient that I never purchased a gift!!! A nasty person named Patricia said that there are no managers, only email (which I have already done). She refused to ship the order and TOLD ME TO STOP RUNNING MY MOUTH! I hope you could really do your homework and shut down this bogus fragrance

company. I found them online---Fragrancenet.com.

I got snowed and want my $31.90 credited to m credit card. No one likes being

taken advantage of.

The company sold me a fake fragrance back around Feb. 2014. They told me to send

it back + they would credit my credit card. Well, no credit. They don't pick up

phones when you call for help. They mess with your order history page online so

that the fragrance you purchased has no date given.

How could you let them continue practicing business when they are dishonest?

There are more complaints about Fragrancenet.com that I have been finding, too,

since I began my complaint process.

I attempted to call the customer service number several times and would be put on hold each time and then hung up on without ever talking to a human. I then requested a and received a return number then promptly returned the product. The following is the email I received from them on 12/**/2013.Dear [redacted],We wanted to inform you that we have received your return package back at our warehouse. Bank processing times vary for credit card refunds but you can generally expect to receive your credit within 10 business days. 23 days have passed since that email and still no refund. Review: I ordered a perfume online from Fragrancenet. It was my first time ordering with them and I was a little hesitant but their website ensures 100% Genuine Guarantee and No Knockoffs so I took a chance. I ordered a frangrance that I had just run out of, so I was very familiar with the smell, sight, and packaging of the original product. When the product arrived, right away I noticed there was no cellophane, which was a red flag. The bottle, the packaging, the scent was all identical to the original. However, the smell vanishes after 15 minutes, regardless of how much you put on. Having owned the original, I know this perfume lasts all day long on me. I contacted the company online to express my dis-satisfaction with the product. I received a generic response that my inquiry would be processed and I would receive a response within 24 hours. That did not happen. The return policy states that you must receive an RMA from customer service before you can return the product. I have emailed the company two more times requesting an RMA, I have tried calling twice and have been placed on a perpetual hold. How can I return this if I cannot get a responce from anyone? This perfume cost me $75. I am not happy with the product at all, I do not wish to keep the product, I would rather take my money and pay a higher price elsewhere to ensure I purchase the real product. This is very sneaky on the business' part and I feel extremely ripped off as a customer. I know my perfume, I know that each perfume has different reactions on different people, and I know that this perfume I received is not the genuine perfume. If it was, it would be wrapped in cellophane and the scent would last. This is not exceptable and I would like this situation to be made right. Review: My original purchase was made on **/**/2015 for $76.92. This amount has been deducted from my account and paid in full however, I have yet to receive my items. They said they were delivered on [redacted] and left on my front porch. I didn't receive them filed a complaint with the postal service, fragranceNet and filled out a police report. FragranceNet stated they would replace the items due to know proof of who received the items and this time they would ship them 2 day priority mail. To this day I still haven't received items, the tracking states:

I have tried calling and am disconnected because of "high call volumns", I have emailed them 3 days in a row and have yet to get a responce and now there is another purchase showing for $**0.19 on FragranceNet: Order Number: [redacted] Order Status: Order Shipped on 12/**/2014, Shipment Vendor: [redacted] Shipment Tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. However when I try to see where this item is going to and where it is this is what I get from [redacted] tracking:

I have emailed FragranceNet 3 times about this stating I didn't order these items or did I authorize the purchase of these items. My response was:

Review: Website states that the perfumes are 100% authentic. I ordered two perfumes and two colognes for Christmas gifts. I also received two perfumes as a gift from my husband and he bought one for his mom. All seven are fake. I have been wearing these perfumes for years and they do not smell like what I received. How can a website sell knock off perfume? Isn't that illegal? Then I see that they have an A+ rating but everyone online is talking about how they have been ripped off. I also do not understand how it is legal to sell fake perfumes?! I brought these to a department store and two of the perfumes have been discontinued. This is fraud!

Review: I ordered men's cologne from frangrancenet on the WalMart website, on Dec [redacted].

Everything else ordered from walmart arrived, but the cologne still did not arrive as of Dec [redacted]. Ten days is plenty of time for this to have arrived.

The order tracker on the walmart website returns an error every time.

I've sent them four e-mails to check the status using [redacted].

The email gets kicked back as UNDELIVERABLE every time.

I called their customer svc number ###-###-#### during normal business hours and got a recording saying they were too busy to take my call.

They have made themselves completely invisible to the consumer.Desired Settlement: I want them to respond to the consumer. I need to know where this package is. Its a Christmas present and now its location is unknown. They need to RESPOND to all customer inquiries or shut down.

The response they give has nothing at all to do with my complaint. Its a generic reply.My complaint is VERY clear and involves the breakdown in communication of the company, and their refusal to be able to be reached by the consumer byphone and e-mail, and the non working "status check' for the product purchased. The package was finally delivered two weeks after ordering but that doesnot resolve the concerns in my complaint.

Review: I recently purchased health and beauty products from this company in January 2015. Today I received an unwanted and unordered subscription to People magazine. As I checked the source of this action, I discovered that FragranceNet authorized a company called [redacted] (###-###-####) to send me this subscription.Desired Settlement: I want my subscription immediately discontinued - and want this practice discontinued since it places the burden on the consumer to have to cancel an unwanted service.

I appreciate that [redacted] is canceling the subscription to People magazine. But the bigger issue is why Fragrance Net provided my name and contact information to [redacted] without my express consent. I did not authorize the release of any information about myself to [redacted] and never requested a subscription from that company. I think the company, Fragrance Net, needs to reevaluate their business practices and require each consumer to either accept or reject the subscription offer. Consumer addresses and emails should NOT be provided to other companies for the purpose of providing additional services when the consumer has not approved it.

The answer is not responsive to my complaint but it appears unnecessary to continue with this process. The company indicates my subscription was cancelled and it has been. My more significant issue is that customers of FragranceNet should be able to opt-out or explicitly consent to their names being provided to other vendors. I was NOT afforded an opportunity to opt-out and did not approve their providing my personal email to other vendors.
