Ordered a baiting suit late November and received a confirmation like many other people that are complaining about this company but never a further update about the order or a reply to the numerous email asking at least for a refund

Ordered an item on 15 August 2019. Today is 22 December 2019 and the order status still says "Your order is confirmed. You'll receive an email when your order is ready."

I have emailed multiple times with no reply. I have thoroughly gone through my spam folder to be certain that I didn't miss a response. ***.

Desired Outcome

At the very least I would like my money back. Good customer service would at this point refund the purchase and fulfill the order, but that is an unlikely outcome.

I have ordered 2 pieces of swimsuit and pay via ***. Nothing was delivered me and no response from creator from Frank Anthony.

As with many others, order submitted without delivery. Web site useless for contact, no response. Thankfully used *** and they attempted to contact without results and they (***) refunded my money.

I purchased black shorts for $65 US with $15 expedited shipping on 6/9/2019 and have not received the product to date. I sent several emails to their listed email and have not received any communication whatsoever.

I would like the ordered item or a full refund of the $80 US.

I ordered pair of swimtrunks over a month ago in Aug and multiple emails to *** at frankanthonybrand dot com and using their contact web form on the website have been unanswered. Company website says to email contact at
frankanthonybrand dot com which I emailed and received server error that account does not exist. Of course my credit card was billed already. At this point I have no faith in the business and would like a refund but it is unclear how to make this happen if no response to email inquiries and no number available to call.

I ordered 1 pair of shorts on 15th August. They have not arrived yet. Frank Anthony are not answering my emails.

I would like proof the shorts are on their way or my money back.

I purchased three items from this company through their add on Facebook and I never received the product since my order was placed in June 2019.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to either ship me my products or refund me my money

Great product, shipping times can be improved.

- Ordered my shorts despite hearing the negative feedback from reviews on non-delivery. Luckily mine arrived within 15 days and I must say my husband loves the shorts....

Hope everybody else has a similar experience but based on prior reviews who knows.

I placed an order on 5/08/2019 for 2 pair of swim shorts, Order #***. It is now 11/09/2019 and I have yet to receive the product. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to hear back from Frank Anthony.

Thank you for getting back to me. I've added the dollar amounts for the orders to the email sent yesterday.

All I can find about the first order placed probably the first week of January 2019 is the reference number used when the funds were taken from my bank account $43.25 on January 8, 2019. The reference number is YPCFAXXXXX. To my knowledge, I never got an order number or a confirmation.

My second order placed on February 2, 2019 received an order number of *** and was confirmed with an email from you. The funds were taken from my bank account $38.75 with the same reference number of YPCFAXXXXXon February 4, 2019.

Please look into this for me. I only need one swimsuit, so if the first order could be cancelled and credited back to my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

I look forward to receiving my order #***. I hope that it will arrive before I leave for Cozumel on March 2, 2019.

Please let me know what you find out.

it seems that they are not happy with the product, that they are very cheaply made and are no different from other swimwear. I would prefer to receive my money back rather than the product.

On June 19, 2019 I made a purchase of 2 pair of men's shorts from Frank Anthony Shorts totaling $93.50 USD. I received an instant notification from a phone XXX-XXX-XXXX via text message that my order was received.

Since then I have sent 5 emails to get an order status, and all emails went ignored. The phone number is listed as "not in service". All attempts to contact the business have been unsuccessful. ***

The company continues to take orders and advertise on-line

I purchased a pair of shorts on June 8th. My order number was ***. I never received tracking and after a couple weeks I emailed the company and received no response! I waited a few more weeks and emailed them again, this time I received a response saying that my order was dispatched 48 hours after placing it. I was told that my order would be received on July 12th. It's now July 22nd and I still have not received my order! The company doesn't have a phone number to call and you can only contact them through email from there website.

I bought their swimtrunks because they claimed to be waterproof because I moved to a house with a pool and I wanted to go swimming any time without having to wait for them to dry. I ordered them in June 28, and paid extra for fastest shipping which claimed to be 3-4 days and costed half of the price of the shirts, because I was leaving for vacation, and was also going to use them then. I waited and waited and they never showed up, and I got back from vacation and they still haven't arrived. So I paid extra for shipping and the product and have also been charged but haven't gotten the swimtrunks. And on top of that it said 3-4 day shipping and it has been almost a month(22 days to be exact) and they still haven't arrived. I have been charged for them so they took my money meaning that they know the order was placed. On top of this I sent them an email and they haven't even replied so I can't do anything or even get a refund for it because they won't even reply so I can't do anything. It's very frustrating because they make it seem like they are on a ole bunch of reputable tv networks and online places and then they don't even ship the product. I know it's $45 which isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things but it hasn't even arrived almost a month later after I paid for 3 day shipping and paid extra for that too. It may not be a lot but I am not sure because I have t even gitten a reply they will not do anything not even reply to an email. And I'm also not sure how many other people have had this happen to them, and I was also going to get my girlfriend a swimsuit too but I'm glad I didn't because that would t have been here either and would have also charged me for that and also extra for shipping that. I am very disappointed and more frustrated because they didn't even reply to an email or give me anything regarding shipping information so I can't even have them give me an excuse it got stuck in *** or from *** or something. I tried asking where it was at and why tots been almost a month when I paid for it to be here in 3 days and not a single reply has been recieved. I also have no idea what it has been like for other people because nothing has showed up, no shipping information has been given, and also no customer service at all has been given to make up for it or apologize or even tell me what the heck happened to my package that should have been delivered a month ago! Obviously it's not your fault, but I'm not really able to do anything else currently because there's not even a number or anything to call except email which I have tried (multiple times) and gotten no response at all. The only thing that have done was take the money from my bank account and nothing further than that and it should have been all done and forgotten over 3 weeks ago but still have t gotten anything at all!

I have had many frustrating things, I paid $30 because I got a discount code, and then paid $15 for shipping which is literally half of the price of the shirts and then not recieved them, and also it even gotten a shipping confirmation to know where they are at, and then to make it worse I have t gotten them and also never gotten a reply from them as to why they haven't been here or an explanation of why or what happened.

I ordered 1 "new technology" mens bathing suit on 6/26.
After a week, I began to send emails, (three emails in a week) requesting updates, and they finally answered my third one, saying basically...oh we shipped these awhile ago. That was their answer.
Nothing more.
I wrote back every few days asking for a tracking number, or any help to verify they had actually shipped, and they haven't responded to any of these 3 emails. Went back to credit card company and placed a *** alert with them on this company, and their *** practices.

They took $70 from me, but did not ship the product. It has been 2 months since I received the order confirmation. I have made several attempts to reach out. No response given.
