I ordered a swim shorts from Frank Anthony Swimwear. On 27th of April 2019, I got a email which confirmed my order, with order number #***. But the item did never ship. I haven't gotten any email with shipping information. I have tried to send multiple emails to Frank Anthony, but I haven't gotten any replays.
If they do not send the swim shorts soon, I will need a refund. I payd 31,5 USD for the swim shorts.

Desired Outcome

Either I need Frank Anthony to ship the item right away (then I need them to ship it to a new shipping adress), or I need a refund.

I do not really understand this reply.

Why do you say that the package have been sent when I haven't gotten any email which confirm the sending?
(I apologize if my english isn't really good, it is not my native language)

Ordered two bathing suits, never received confirmation email for order, but credit card was charged. Followed up about week later to see what the deal was and have gotten absolutely no resposne. Customer service email bounces back as undeliverable.

As of June 3rd, no package has arrived. I find it odd no tracking number was provided in all that shipping information. Based on no tracking number and all of the other similar complaints I have seen online, I still believe that this is not a legitimate business and don't thunk anything was actually shipped.

Ordered two pairs of the "hydrophobic" shorts they advertise on their website. I immediately had the money taken through *** for the order and got an order confirmation email. After several weeks, I emailed the company because the order still had not shipped according to the order tracker. My first email was completely ignored, I emailed again and their response was that it was put in for a "four day dispatch". Two weeks later I received one of the two pairs of shorts and they are nothing like what was shown on the website. They came from China, have no Frank Anthony branding on them anywhere like on the website, they are not mesh lined as described, and they are not "hydrophobic", they are a regular pair of cheap shorts. *** I know I will probably never see the second pair of shorts that I ordered.

I DID NOT receive both pairs of my shorts. I received 1 pair of shorts that were not at all what was described on the site. I am fully aware of what I ordered and DID READ THE DESCRIPTION AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I still have not recived the second pair of shorts and the first pair took about a month to show up NOT WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME FRAME. I had to email the support twice to even get one response and then was told I would get them in 4 business days, then received them two weeks later. ***. WHERE ARE THE HYDROPHOBIC SHORTS I ORDERED? The shorts I got have no Frank Anthony branding anywhere on them, they were shipped directly from China and were no different than any other shorts at ***.

Ordered product (men's swimwear) from extensive advertising on *** Ordered on 5/2, order confirmed via email, but then no further contact or delivery of product. Attempted to contact company through multiple channels, both ones they list and others found. No reply on any. Email sent to their specified inquiry email result in "email address not valid" error.

Full refund of all charges.

Order placed 30 April (#***) not shipped yet. No response to my emails asking when it will be shipped.

I ordered swimwear with them, said 10-12 working days for delivery and I still do not have the item. Tried contacting them twice and no response (even though their website says they work round the clock!).

Paid for merchandise not delivered. Multiple inquiries ignored.

I ordered a pair of shorts from ***frankanthonyshorts.com on April 19th, 2019. I received the initial email about my order being confirmed. It has sat in the same status of order confirmed for 9 business days and hasn't progressed to processing or shipping. So I tried to contact them to get a status update via email three times with no reply. I also tried to contact them through the website online form with no reply. I've also tried to contact them through *** messenger with no reply on my order status.

I never received it and I don't have a tracking number. Frank Anthony says its delivered, but when I go to the order status it still is only set on "your order is confirmed" Where are my shorts and what is the tracking number?

I placed an order over a year ago with this company and never received my items. I tried several times to contact someone and was unsuccessful. I asked for a refund and never go it.

I'd like to get my money back. I paid over $60 to get nothing.

I have several emails sent from me to that exact email address they provided with zero responses from them. My order # is *** and I ordered it on 9/11/17. I called and emailed several times and received no responses. I ordered a woman's bathing suit called "Desert Gold" and shorts called with the name "Light Blue". The total was $67.50. I would like a refund.

Once again, we urge you to please contact us via *** with a screenshot of your order to showcase the appropriate address on file.

We will then search our software to determine where the parcel was last located (all parcels are tracked)

If the package was lost, we will re-ship the package no problem. We have no indication of any wrong-doing on our end. Every package is shipped within 48 hours of the order being received.

Please contact our support contact where we have customer service representatives working 24/7 to respond to your inquiries.

This is not an effective method of communication with our brand.

I did as requested and sent a screenshot to the email address provided. I also filled out their online contact page, as they do not provide a phone number or alternate email anywhere on their site, letting them know that I sent them an email. Even though the person who responded said that they have people working 24/7 to get back to me, I have not received a response as of yet.
I don't want the product. I had given up getting in touch with this company until I recently received another marketing email, which told me that someone was still running it. I spent $67.50 on August 30, 2017. That money should be returned to me as I never received the product. Nothing more, nothing less.

I need you to answer my shipping question question that I e- mailed and texted? When will my order be ready for shipping approximately? Is there any customer service number? Order #*** from Jan.30.2019

This company is simply an outright scam. The internet shows numerous complaints and examples of orders being made, credit cards being charged, and no product ever delivered. I personally ordered one pair of swim trunks and one pair of shorts that have never been delivered, but my money was taken. The alleged customer service representative Bianca M., sends placating emails after repeated attempts to contact the company for information regarding your missing shipment, even saying that your products will arrive by the end of the week, but nothing ever shows up. These are obviously delay tactics so you will have difficulty getting you credit card provider to get a refund. Other complaints on the web are strikingly similar to mine, including the alleged name of the representative. They will never give you a tracking number so you can track their non-shipment.

They take your money and do not deliver their product. We ordered products back in Nov 2018 with 3-5 day shipping. Now months later they still have not sent them. They promised to courier them but still have not done so. *** As a result they have left us with no option but to claim through our credit card company. *** No clue what the product is like but their customer service is *** and they do not do what they say they will do!

The Frank Anthony Brand has shipped over 25,000 orders and counting and until recently has not had access to the Revdex.com reviews since changing management.

I have every communication from Frank Anthony available for view if required. We have not received the package and have asked several times for the tracking information. One the 10 Jan 2019 Bianca M stated "If the parcel doesn't arrive by next week on Tuesday please let me know and I will ship a replacement via *** instead of *** and I will send you the tracking number personally." This shows that at that time their "tracking system" was not showing the package as having been delivered. Then on 16 Jan 2019 Bianca M stated "I will issue that re-shipment via *** and send you the tracking number as soon as possible." After four further emails from me requesting the confirmation of sending and tracking numbers, the only response that I received was received on 07 Feb 2019 from Bianca M stating "Please note that your contact with your credit card company is the last thing we wanted to occur. However now we must deal with them directly regarding the missing order." When I now check on the order on Frank Anthony's customer portal I see that the status has not changed from when the products were ordered and still states "Your shipment is confirmed. We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." Might I suggest that they do not have any tracking information for the order. My comments are simple, accurate and truthful. Frank Anthony fail to deliver on the contract that was entered into and when they recognized this failure and agreed an alternative to resolve the issue they again fail to deliver on that promise! I would like to see the tracking information for they have not provided this to us after several requests.

We keep our tracking information from our direct warehouse orders private as there is no public integration API into our Shopify store. Our locally shipped items such as Canada Post and DHL get updated automatically and iw why you we're seeing "Come back to this page for updates on your shipping status"

Once again Mr. W., we are unaware to this complaint and we ask Revdex.com to screen the individuals placing complaints to ensure a legitimate reason is portrayed. Multiple individuals have intentions to damage the integrity of *** Anthony Swimwear, for reasons due to prior management.

I have ordered a product but there appears to be no intention of delivery? ***? It appears genuine but there is no response to emails. I feel very let down. No response at all just taken my money sent in good faith.

Due to the weekend his shipment was sent out on the Monday and tracked as leaving the country on Wednesday.

His order is still in transit and we are unsure as to why this individual would be so hurry to claim a non-response or a non-receipt.

Our shipping policy states 15-22 days for International Orders.

I thank you for your help (Revdex.com).
However due to the product being fulfilled and in transit we are unable to offer a refund until the goods are received back at our return warehouse.

I ordered a pair of swimming shorts on 18th September and the payment went through immediately but no shorts were e delivered. Only one response once 6 weeks ago to my 8 emails since yet I am bombarded worth emails telling of special deals on shorts.

Desired Outcome

I would like either the shorts of my money back but suspect the shorts are an illusion so money back.

I purchased a set of swimming shorts (Order #***) on their website on September 1st and provided my *** for payment of $70 USD. The charge was added to my *** bill on September 4th and I have yet to receive the product.

I e-mailed their e-mail address noted on their website *** on September 8th and 23rd and have yet to receive any response.
