Ordered from this company on August 14th. Money was taken from my account, but no confirmation email for delivery ever sent. Still have not received my item, so I reached out to the company several times via email, with no response to any of my emails. At this point, I would just like to either have my item sent, or refund my money.

Original order placed on 12/11/2017. Started inquiring about the location of my order on 12/22/2017. Was notified that shipment was in the states and it would arrive within 4 business days. After a round of about 15 emails sent with 0 response, they finally responded that they sent a replacement package on 1/19/2018 and issued a $10 refund on the card used, neither of which I have seen. I have asked for the tracking information for this replacement shipment on multiple occasions, at least 30 different times, with no response. *** They have held my $50 *** for going on 2 months, and this is the only way I know how to resolve it. With no communication and no tracking information to prove they shipped anything in the first place

I want to try these shorts out or I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. Even after all of this, I would still like the product I originally ordered instead of my money back. *** you to pay whatever it takes to overnight these to me and provide tracking information so I have proof that something was indeed sent to me in exchange for my payment.

Ordered a swim suit. Never got email confirmation. Started contacting the company after 2 weeks. *** I told her I am receiving an email per day with a lower price than what I actually ordered, and if they were behind they should stop sending sales emails. I was told it would arrive in one week. The suit never came. Another week - more emails, ***, I asked for a refund. She said okay, but had to wait another week to see if the suit arrived. No suit. I finally contacted my credit card company approx. 7 weeks after my online order and they removed the charge. I never received the suit and got blocked on *** Also - I still recieve at least one email a day from Frank Anthony.

I placed an online order for two mens swimsuits on November 27, 2017. I received an email confirmation that my order was processed and that I would be notified via email once the product was shipped. Per the website FAQ, they ask patrons to email them if a shipping email is not received and I did so on December 7, 2017. I then used their own contact feature on the website to send another two messages a couple of days later, but they do not keep track of the messages sent on their website. On December 15, 2017, I sent them another email from my personal email asking for an update. Then finally a last email on December 18, 2017 to inform them I disputing the charge on my credit card because they processed my payment but I had not received any updates or products from them.
In total, I sent two messages via their website and three emails from my personal email address asking for an update without any response. Also, before I make the purchase on 11/27/17, I sent them a message via the website asking about sizing and they responded within one day to my question, so I know the contact feature works on the website. On December 18, 2017, I disputed the amount with my credit card.

I ordered a bathing suit that did not say it was backordered. When it still hadn't shipped after two weeks, I filled out a customer service contact form asking for an update and requesting to cancel my order if it wouldn't ship soon. After getting no response, I reached out again. After three months of not getting a reply, I reached out again. They said that they would either refund my purchase or send a bathing suit (which I didn't want in late November), and neither happened. It has now been four months and I am out $55 and still have no bathing suit.

I ordered a product which I was charged for immediately but never arrived. After nearly 2 months the product had not shipped. I had to dispute the charge on my Credit Card and the product never shipped. Since then, the company has been *** me with e mail. I have repeatedly requested removal from the company, which they have not done. All I want is removal from their database and the e mail *** to stop.

*** I ordered several swimsuits back on June 16th. Despite numerous emails and messenger requests, I have not received the merchandise and have not been reimbursed the amount paid $247 plus a $1.97 currency transaction fee.

I purchased 2 pairs of black swimwear size 32 from Frank Anthony Swimwear on 9/25/2017 for $110 and paid $15.00 extra for expedited shipping. They charged my credit card right away and I have not heard anything from them or have I received the swimwear. When I now click on my order confirmation it is no longer valid. I show they have changed their website and email address. I also have a phone number associated with my credit card purchase I am disputing

I order two swimsuits in June of 2017 and never received them. I tried to contact the company several time and they either never got back to me *** I also tried to reach them on *** and they just blocked me so I can't contact them. My order number is *** They told me it shipped and I never received it. Then they told me they would ship it out again and I never received it and then they blocked me and would not answer me back. June 15th I placed an online order for mint swim trunks ***. The order completed and my credit card was charged $55.00 and I promptly received an email with my information for order***.
I then waited and waited for the product. With no number to call I had to email. July 4th I emailed and received my order information again. I informed them I had not gotten the package and confirmed my address with *** Sales Agent, Frank Anthony. Since I have sent 10 more messages requesting a refund with no reply or confirmation back.
