Same story as everyone else. Payment cleared literally 30 seconds after I clicked "Order". Got a text saying order was confirmed. A month later, nothing. No response to several emails. ***. Should have looked them up first. I'm out about $98. Will be filing complaint if I don't hear back within the week.

Oh yeah, but the spam gets delivered DAILY! Coupon codes for 15% off!

Ordered one bathing suit on 6/4/19, It's 7/5/19, I have made 3-requests for status, NOTHING back from them. I tried calling, No answer, Will try calling again. Disputing with Credit Card Company and will receive refund from the CCD charge back if they do not ship within 10-days from 7/5/19.
Will also contact Canadian officials regarding this "alleged company" for for in depth detail about the action of credibility of this "company". My gut feeling is that it is a GUY working from his home, and trying to ship (maybe) from China, but does not have control of the product(s). OR just putting ads out on *** to make a fast buck.

Made online purchase on 6-17-19 and received confirmation my card was charged $43.25 for some swim trunks. Have yet to receive my order. Have emailed 3 separate times looking for an update on my order with no response.

Desired Outcome

Request immediate delivery of item and if not satisfied with product, request refund. Policy states refunds only allowed after 30 days of purchase. Requesting extension to be 30 days from delivery date for possible refund if not satisfied.

On June 11, 2019 I placed an order on their official website for 2 of their swim shorts.

The order had a total of USD 76.50, was confirmed as order #***, and an email confirmation was received, stating "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent" .

After more than 3 weeks, no email notification was received stating the order had been shipped.

I tried to contact them over email on two occasions and no response was received. ***

I am frustrated as this delay has already meant I have missed out on the beginning of Summer and these products will soon be useless for me.

delivery within 3 weeks otherwise return of the money

The business states shipment was made on the 13th June: Prove it.

The business states shipment was delivered (doesn't say when): Prove it.

It's easy to make these statements, but there are two indisputable facts:
1. Business was requested a number of times for shipment tracking, IT WAS NEVER SUPPLIED.

2. Business states shipment was delivered, IT WASN'T.

It is of the most basic business sense and practice to a) inform the customer of delivery status, which was NEVER done; and b) to provide the customer with the shipment tracking number so that the customer themselves can track it and if necessary chase the courier company to check for delivery status.

PLEASE PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER AND ALL SHIPMENT DETAILS SO REAL SHIPMENT STATUS CAN BE CONFIRMED.

"Partial refund" to me, means you're keeping part of the payment for goods that were NEVER received.

I ordered a pair of swim trunks April 26, and immediately received a text message that my order was received, and I was billed. After approximately 5-6 weeks I posted to their *** page asking for an update, with no response. I then emailed their customer service, with no response. I then sent a DM via ***, with no response.

After this, I filed a claim with my credit card issuer, who has refunded my money. However, it seems that this continues to be common practice, as I'm still seeing their ads on *** and these kinds of stories in the comments. They have blocked me from replying on ***, so I am posting this story with the Revdex.com as a cautionary tale.

The company states the product was shipped April 28. I've never received a tracking number, and even today (July 11) when I log into the website, it says that my order is confirmed, and I will be notified when it ships.

The response here to my complaint indicates that this is an issue with me returning the product. I'd like to reiterate that I never received any indication that it shipped, I've asked them repeatedly for an update with no response.

I ordered and paid $36.50 for a swim suit that was never delivered. Numerous contacts to their Customer Support have not been answered. The name of the Company is Frank Anthony Swimwear.

I either want the product or a refund.

I still have not received the product I ordered and paid for. I sent numerous requests to their customer support email and never received a response not one. I emailed them at least 4 times. I did receive an email after they took my payment that said your product is shipped and you will receive another email with information on tracking. I never received another email with tracking information. That is why I started responded to their non-existent customer support email. *** Thank you for your help.

I ordered a bathing suit online on 4/12. on 4/16 I was informed via email that my suit was on backorder, but they would send a additinal suit right away and also the suit I ordered when in stock. I have not received anything. I have contacted the vendor at least 4 time via email or facebook. On 5/9 I was told the item was shipped on 4/16 but I have not received. when I asked for shipping info they did not reply and I have not heard anything sense.

since the vendor has not delivered the swimsuit ordered on 4/12 and has not supplied shipping info, I want a refund.

I ordered two pair of swimming trunks for my husband on June 6, 2019. I received confirmation via email of the order with an order number. Today is June 26, 2019, and I still have not received the items ordered. I have reached out to them on three separate occasions via email inquiring about the status of my order (as there is no customer service number to be found) and no responses have been received. I *** and don't ever expect to receive the items ordered, even though my credit card was promptly charged at the time the order was placed. I will now contact my credit card company and dispute the charge and, no doubt, will be refunded the amount of the order.

The response from the business does not satisfy my complaint. My name and address was listed correctly on the order initially placed as indicated in their response. They also state the items were shipped and based on the tracking # (which they have never furnished, not even in their response to this complaint), they state the items were delivered and signed by someone by the name of ***. They did not provide proof of delivery with a signature image. I have no known contacts by the name of ***. If the items were, in fact, shipped and they have proof of delivery via whatever shipping service they used, I would suggest they follow up with that specific delivery service as no package was delivered to my residence.

I do not wish to pay for a product that I ordered and did not receive. I previously stated several times that my shipping address reflected is accurate, yet you ask me to verify once again. Well, once again, my shipping address is reflected correctly yet I did not receive my order. You have never furnished me with a valid tracking number nor an image of the signature of the party who signed for the package. I do not know of anyone in my neighborhood by the name of ***. I have requested a refund in full as the two pair of swimming trunks ordered on June 6th, 2019, were never received. Please issue a full refund immediately.

Ordered 2 pair swim shorts May 31/19. As of June 26/19, product has not shipped. Repeated attempts to contact Frank Anthony's customer service department via email and *** have not been answered.

This is a standard answer. Prove to me that it was shipped. Provide a tracking number or give me a refund.

Ordered a swimsuit from this company. It took several weeks to arrive from China. The suit was far smaller than the size on the label. I returned the suit following the instructions on the website but never received a refund or response of any kind.

I would like a refund of the $38.75 I paid for the suit.

The shipping address is correct.

Ordered a swimsuit on May 9th and it was charged to my credit card for $38.75 on that date. The only contact information I have is e-mail. Several request for an update / status have been ignored.

Desired Outcome

Either ship the shorts or refund the purchase. I would have been more than willing to wait even longer if there was some response from the company.

This is not an acceptable response. I never received the item. You have the correct address and it is the same address as my credit card. What method and carrier was it shipped with and what is the tracking number? I also never received a "confirmation of shipment" by e-mail. I know you have have my correct e-mail address since I was receiving daily e-mail ads from you. My multiple requests for updates have been ignored in the past. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and also registered a complaint with *** where I saw your advertisement. It's too bad because I really wanted the shorts!

I ordered 2 bathing suits on May 30, 2019. The status never changed from "confirmed". Free/standard shipping said 8-12 business days, even giving the benefit of the doubt that the order with SHIP (not arrive) within 8-12 days, then it is still late. Even after emailing their support email address, I have heard nothing.

Placed order for 2 pairs of trunks in Early March. Paid $120. After multiple requests for updates to order and being told it had shipped, I still have never received my items ($120). I have repeatedly contacted company asking for either my order or a refund. I have received only one response which was a perfunctory "I will check on it" and then never heard anything again. This has been going on for over 3 months now. My last message to the company that I expected some sort of response (2 weeks ago) has not been answered either.

Ordered two swimsuits... only one ever came, almost 5 months later. Maybe it was due to bad shipping conditions, or maybe it was stolen in transit; either way I couldn't get much help from customer service afterwards.
The one I did get was terrible and was the dead opposite of "waterproof". With the big promise they make, of awesome hydrophobic swimsuits, return with 100% guarantee, Im still tempted to try again.... but Im almost certain I wont even get anything.

I ordered 2 pair of swim shorts on May 11th 2019. Order number ***. They took my money on May 13th 2019. $120 USD. I have reached out to them twice trying to get an update on my order but they will not respond. I have also contacted my financial institute as well. I either want my shorts or my money refunded.
