We are ready willing and able to deliver all vehicles at the advertised price. Delivering the car at the advertised price was never the issue. the issue is the value of *** ***'s trade. The value of the trade is not $rather is $3000.00. If *** *** would like to
keep his car and sell it privately we would be able to make the deal

[I stand by my complaintPlease read initial complaint showing that I did allow Nemet to rectify the problemIn fact, I went to Nemet times as my service records will showThe first time was for the initial (first) oil change for the vehicle when I complained about the problemThey said that they were too busy to test drive the car since my appointment was only for an oil changeI even spoke with the supervisor who pulled up the car's records and express the same frustration that I should not be having this problem with a two-month old carThey agreed to "fit" me in for the second appointment, where they basically kept the car for the entire dayI have the paperwork for all visits, including my request for service and their findingsAfter one day of keeping the car, they said all tires were balanced and rotated, and that I had a bent rim, so until I changed the rim the ride would be noticeably betterFrustrated I went to a tire shop where I personally watched the process of tires being balancedThe tire in question was way out of balance with some negative numbers (the gentleman showed me!)Once he balanced the tire and put it onProblem was GONE! This tells me that NEMET did not do as they claimed and that the work for which I paid was never really doneI have all evidence, and if Nemet doesn't return my money my next step is not to go back to their shop, but to the court!Best,***

We can understand why *** *** would be upset that a brand new vehicle would have any type of problem and we are very sorry for his situation. However since it is a mechanical and technological item there are sometimes issues. This is why the vehicle comes with a warranty backed by
the manufacturer. The part for *** *** vehicle will be in tomorrow. We reached out to offer him alternate transportation but he has declined our offer

Please accept this letter as a request to remove this complaint from our permanent record due to the fact that all of the issues the customer has are related to her relationship with the bank NMAC. According to the paperwork we have sent you, we agreed to make a payment on her behalf to payoff her existing lease as that what she agreed that she owed at the time. After we agreed to that dollar amount she in turn sent additional money NMAC that was not necessary. We cannot, in any shape or form, get her money back from the bank as that is her account. We explained that the bank will take some time to refund the money to her in a course of business, but this is between her and her account Again, please remove this complaint from our record as we are not the one that has the ability to refund her the overpayment she made on her own account Thank You Scott P*** Nemet Motors

*** *** brought her vehicle to our service facility without an appointment. Jobs are dispatched to technicians based upon a schedule that is determined by the complexity of the job and given priority based upon appointments. Since *** *** did not have an appointment this
delayed the diagnosis. Once the vehicle was diagnosed it was determined that the engine need to be replaced. In order for the manufacturer to cover this repair we needed to get authorization from the customer to dismantle the engine to determine what caused the engine to fail. *** *** is the second owner of this vehicle and is not entitled to the same benefits under the Hyundai new car warranty. It took some time to get approval from Hyundai to get the approval to change the engine. Once we received the approval from Hyundai we need to order the parts. The parts have now arrived and the repair should be completed by late next week

The Technician that inspected *** ***'s vehicle reported that one of the rims was bent not dented. Without replacing the rim it would be virtually impossible to ensure a vibration free ride. Wheels will become unbalanced as a result of usage. Therefore it is no
implausible that an independent shop would find an imbalance. The charges are fair and due

This refund was processed on Sept ** and it should be posted to her credit card account in about days

There was a delay in processing [redacted]'s registration in Texas and we provided [redacted] with a complimentary rental while Texas DMV issued another temporary registration.  In the state of Texas a temporary registration is issued since the vehicle is required to be brought to Texas for an...

inspection.  When we received the temporary registration [redacted] was called to bring the rental back and pick up the temporary tag that was issued by Texas DMV.  [redacted] did not come in until 4 days later and refused to return the rental until she received her permanent registration.  Due to the refusal to return the rental and the behavior of the parties [redacted] brought to the dealership the police had to be called.[redacted] and the other parties where told by the police they need to return the rental and leave the premises.  The rental was then brought back and we mailed at the temporary tag.  We still needed this vehicle to be inspected in Texas to receive the permanent tag and registration.  We called [redacted] on Wednesday to find out if she had the  vehicle inspected in Texas.  She stated that she had not and was not going back to Texas anytime soon.  Therefore we were able to obtain a form from Texas for either a student exemption or a military exemption.  We then called [redacted] again and told her she needed come to the dealership so we could take a picture of her VIN, provide us with her student transcript and school ID or her leave earning statements and her orders as well as to sign the exemption form.  [redacted] stated she would come in later that day.  As of this writing [redacted] has not come to the dealership.We are unable to obtain [redacted]'s registration without her cooperation.  Please have [redacted] come to the dealership and complete this process.

[redacted] purchased and took delivery of new 2015 Nissan Sentra from us on Nov, *, 2015.  At delivery of this vehicle the enclosed menu of optional items including price, benefits, payments and interest rates was presented to [redacted].  [redacted] selected a total...

loss protection and turned down several other products and acknowledged this by signing the menu.  In addition [redacted] signed the enclosed bill of sales, customer recap sheet and buyer's order acknowledging this purchase for $1000.00 and all sales are final.This deal was accepted by us based on viewing it as one single transaction. Now it seems that [redacted] wants to selectively renegotiate legal and binding contracts. If [redacted] was unhappy with any part of this negotiated transaction the time to voice that concern is before he signed binding contracts and took delivery of a vehicle. Certainly not 15 months later.  Once contracts are signed and  a consumer takes delivery of vehicle there can be no further negotiations. [redacted] states in his complaint that  he agreed to pay $17000 for this vehicle. The selling price of the vehicle was $18,250 minus a rebate of $2000.00 making the net selling price of $16,200 as evidenced by the contracts we have enclosed.  Therefore this vehicle was sold to him for $800.00 less than the price he stated that he agreed to pay. Therefore we are willing to make a settlement and offer [redacted] $200.  This represents the difference in the price he agreed to pay for the car and the price of the Total Protection he no longer wants.It is very clear when you review the contracts we have enclosed [redacted] was well aware of all aspects of this transaction.  If he would like to accept our settlement please have him contact Sharen M[redacted] ###-###-#### X[redacted].
