We have already supplied the credit application signed by [redacted] which explicitly gives us permission to process the application with multiple lenders.  We clearly understand that [redacted] does not like this fact but the credit inquiries were done with his permission as evidenced by the signed credit application.  The inquiry was legally obtained and will not be removed.

The check was made out to [redacted] which is not a company owned by Nemet Nissan.  Any money refunded must go to the lienholder as required under contract. This is similar to a credit card transaction.  If you are due a refund on any credit card purchase the refund goes to the credit card company not the consumer.  Upon receipt of the check  Nissan Infiniti  will credit [redacted] leasing account.  The reason the check was sent to [redacted] was so that he could write his account number on the check to make sure that it is accredited to the appropriate account.Since [redacted] did not receive the check we will issue a stop payment and issue another check provided the check has not cleared.  Mario C[redacted] will give [redacted] a call when the check is ready and he can either pick it up or we can mail it again.?

I did not return the vehicle four days later. I received the message on October [redacted] that temp tags came in. I replied to Arnold and told him tthat Steve said it would've been regular license plates and Arnold said no. Due to my school schedule and work schedule I was able to return the vehicle that Friday which is 2 days after being notified. I had all intentions of returning the vehicle which is why I drove the vehicle to the dealership to receive my temp tags. Even though Steve had the tags he received from Texas, he refused to give them to me that night personally. The dealership keeps saying they mailed me another tag and I have not received that until today. They also never notified me that Texas needed an inspection done until the [redacted] of October and did not say they were going to assist me with getting Texas plates. I called NMAC and spoke to the title person through a 3 way call and she even said that there was nothing she could've done. It was only after reaching out for help the dealership realized what they had to do to get me my plates. I was out of the state since last week and returned just yesterday night. I'm sorry, but I do not make the Army's training schedule. I will be at the dealership today after I get out of my class at 615. With traffic I should be there around 715. My problem still has not been solved. My car is still un-drivable and on the streets illegally. The dealership should've gotten this paperwork done in a more timely manner. The stress I have had to go through to get where I am today with this vehicle was definitely not called for. They are very unprofessional.

We were unable to reach a mutually agreeable price for any Sportage that was currently in our inventory and [redacted] elected to make a purchase elsewhere.  [redacted] was told over the phone that we did not have any new 2015 Sportages in stock. So there was never an attempt to...

mislead.

HI ALL. My trade value can't be 3000. My car is worth between 4600-6000 on Kelly blue book. On the fair option it's 5200. Picture attached above... Also u guys kept talking about a 5000 negative equity that YOUR banks wouldn't approve withought a down payment of 3000. Again I told you guys that Flagship didn't require a down payment even with that negative equity.....If the trade in is such a hassle I'm willing to finance vehicle as advertised withought trade in. Someone in Kia mentioned that add is only valid with a 3000 down payment. Clearly this is not advertised. Attachment above. Let me know if ya still wanna do business. Thanks.

Please allow us to respond to the complaint filed by [redacted] and [redacted] purchased and took delivery of a new 2016 Nissan Maxima.  At delivery [redacted] were presented with a menu of optional items along with monthly payments, terms and interest rates. ...

After a thorough explanation of all items, benefits and conditions [redacted] made their final selections by signing and initialing the attached contracts.  As you can see by the contracts we have enclosed [redacted] allegations that they were unaware of the products they purchased are surely not supported by the contracts we have enclosed.  [redacted] signed and initialed on these contracts which clearly state the price of each item.  In addition to signing tour policy form which clearly states that you are entitled to review the paperwork before you endorse your agreements and if you have any additional questions to ask before you finalize these agreements.  [redacted] allegations that they were unable to see what they were signing and where just shown a computer screen and signature pad is untrue.  The contracts we are enclosing are not electronic; therefore they are not visible on a computer screen and must be printed and signed with a pen. As to [redacted] contention that the car does not come with a lifetime warranty we are attaching a copy of the lifetime warranty.  She is probably confusing our lifetime warranty with Nissan warranty which is 5 years.  After signing binding contracts and taking delivery of a vehicle [redacted] returned to dealership because they were unhappy with their deal.  In the interest of customer satisfaction and purely as a gesture of goodwill we reached a settlement and offered to cancel the service contract and intercept and issued the attached check for $3,299.00 to the lienholder Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation.  [redacted] accepted this offer and signed the attached aftermarket product promissory note acknowledging the products  that were still in effect.  However after signing this binding agreement [redacted] called back and told us his wife did not agree with this settlement.  We have been more than fair to [redacted] however they do not negotiate in good faith and continue to change their mind after signing binding contracts.  Our settlement offer still stands if they wish to proceed please have them contact Steve A[redacted] so they can sign a general release and we will remit the check.

made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint The statement made by the business is false I have not received several calls from nemet. I have received one phonecall and voice message from the owner which I responded by faxing the requesting information on 10/**/15. I have been hung up on by nemet staff and left on hold waiting for the owner. This does not account for the fact that I was forced to leave with a car I did not agree to buy.

The delay in issuing a registration was caused by DMV rejecting the required 6PTs of ID needed to issue the registration. When we finally received the documents from the consumer needed we resubmitted and the attached registration was issued.  This registration was...

mailed to the consumer at the address listed on the registration.  If is has not been received she will need to apply with DMV to obtain a duplicate.

This check was issued on July **, 2015 and mailed out.  Please see the enclosed copy of the check.

We can understand why [redacted] would be concerned as to his credit file being run by our dealership.  However we are enclosing a copy of the credit application and finance contract signed by [redacted] giving us permission to do so.  We hope this clears up this matter.

We are enclosing a copy of the Lease Termination Disclaimer signed by [redacted] along with a copy of the check sent to NMAC for $1931.45.  As you can see by the disclaimer we have enclosed we agreed to pay a total not to exceed $1931.45.  [redacted] has acknowledged this agreement...

by signing the attached disclosure.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Why would funds from a canceled policy be given to the dealer and not the person who paid for it, the $5000 was financed by me and I am paying for it not the dealer. So the dealer has not lost any money, I am the party that needs to be made whole not the dealer and the funds should be credited to my account not given to the dealer. I have spoken to a representative from the warranty company and they have said the same thing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I met with the sales manager,Steve A[redacted],on Oct,*,2016 on a request from Nissan headquarter customer sevice representive.
Mr A[redacted] tried to distracted me with convoluted mathematical explanation but he was unable to show me,where he gave me,the true car certificate  valued 7,502.In addition the sales agreement  I sign with the sales person,George Rodriguez listing  the sticker price for the vehicle for $44,230.00 My trade in value for $4,000 and certificate value 7,502.When I pressed  him on this he admitted  he only gave me $2,500 for trade  in.In addition, the $3,500 he refunded me is not a good faith gesture according to the customer rep from Nissan headquarter that amount they charged me is for insurance and the have to refund it to me I requested them to do so.I will like the dealer to produce the original agreement  I sign with Mr Rodriguez that will show the discrepancy. They only  gave me a discount of 3,500 instead of 7,502.Therefore,they owed me a additional refund of approx  $4,000.In addition  I want them to cancelled my maintenance  for $,1000 .I don't want to do any further  business  with this dealership.
