We do not wish to go back and forth and place blame as to why [redacted]'s registration is delayed.  We are trying to focus on a solution.  A temporary tag was mailed out to [redacted]. Since we did not receive it back in the mail we do not know why she does not have it.  We are in the process of obtaining a permanent tags.

Please have [redacted] contact us so that we can change her coverage to a Hyundai product that she will be able to use near her home.

Although [redacted] signed binding contracts and took delivery of a vehicle in the interest of customer satisfaction please have [redacted] contact Scott P[redacted] or Sharen M[redacted] at ###-###-#### so we can hopefully reach a resolution.

On August **, 20** I purchased a 20** Nissan from NEMET. However I was told that the package includes the additional items at no additional cost. The documents were not given to me to be fully reviewed, a violation of Nemet motor’s own policy which states “[redacted]”. I felt pressured and rushed by the finance manger (Elway S[redacted]). However, the item in question states on the contract “If you cancel this contract within 60 days of the contract purchase date, then we will pay a full refund of the contract purchase price”. My son pointed this out to Mr. P[redacted] General Sales Manager (Steve A[redacted]), which infuriated Mr. A[redacted] causing him to kick my son out of his office. Mr. P[redacted] refused to even engage us in conversation, Mr. A[redacted] made it clear that Mr. P[redacted] would not talk to us and anything needed to be said should be told to him. Mr. A[redacted] did consult with Mr. P[redacted] but no settlement was reached, I was told to return on Wednesday, September *, 20** at 3pm for a final decision. I arrived on said date an hour early hoping to get the issue resolved only to be told that no one would talk to me because I did not have an appointment. I walked into Mr. A[redacted] office and presented him with the card that he wrote for the appointment and he responded he had nothing to say to me and would not help me. I sat and I waited hope Mr. P[redacted] would provide some form of customer service but it was only in vain. Mr. P[redacted] and his company’s lack of communication led me to contact the third party companies to cancel the item directly. They told us that the items are indeed cancelable but had to be done through the dealership. After explaining that Mr. P[redacted] and his company lack customer service or common human decency to engage in conversation they agreed to cancel the policies. I have signed and faxed the cancellation form which they in turn forwarded to Mr. P[redacted]. However, even thought the items are paid for, Mr. P[redacted] and his company Nemet Motor have not place them in the system, meaning they are simply holding on to my money and refusing to speak to me. It is my believe that Mr. P[redacted] is trying to hold off until the 60 days have passed to then tell me it’s too late to cancel the items. If Mr. P[redacted] is truly willing to resolve this issue in a civil and fair manner then I am so willing to do so. To this today, I am still not able to get in contact with Mr. P[redacted]. If he would like to meet today (9/**/**) or tomorrow (9/**/**) I would be gladly willing to do so. However I do not believe an initial purchase price of $16,995 should be transformed into $30,221.72. I would also like to make it clear that at no time did my son threaten any one or act in the threatening manner. All he was asking for was to resolve the issue but we were denied such opportunity. It was Mr. A[redacted] that was the aggressor of the situation by acting in a very rude and unprofessional manner, even referring to my son as a “punk”. It should also be noted that when Mr. A[redacted] was going over the contract he could not be accounted for a $200 charge. We were then told that this $200 was charge to us because someone recommended us and it is their policy to give $200 from my money as incentive. I was never even told about this. I have made several attempts to contact Mr. P[redacted] but to no avail.

 I will not bring the vehicle in until the company agrees to take it back. I have been lied to and deceived to many times with Nemet Motors.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because   Mr. P[redacted] how would you know what I was told? were you present at the time that this deal took place??? no you were not. this is problem with you and your dealership, instead of taking owner of the problem that your employees have created you rather go back and forth about something that you have no first hand knowledge of due to the second hand information you received from your dishonest employees. your employees took advantage of the fact that I was a young WOMAN trying to acquire a car on my own. They lied to me, manipulated and then FORCED me to take a car that I did not want. Now I ask you, if someone told you that if you didn't take a care that they unknowingly transferred over you name and not only threatened to report the car as a repossession to the credit bureau to ruin your credit but to also send you a bill for the remaining balance on the previous that they already "grounded" and that you would no longer be driving anyway? what would you do scott? and this was before I signed any papers. the only person who admitted that there was wrong doing on your dealerships part was your sales person steven. I sat in your dealership waiting for hours and then your men took advantage of me by deceiving me and giving me an unfair deal. When I finally sat with your finance manager Marlon and he told me the true price for the car which was higher than what I was told by your other manager kenny and salesman steven , I said I did not want the car. He told me that over $2700 was due before I could take the car, at that point the only thing I consented too was a credit check. your finance manager Marlon told me that the reason the payments were so high was because of my credit which I later found out was a lie and was due to the fact that your manager Mario had the negative equity from the previous car put in to the new car. when I found out the final fee that was required for me to take the car after I had been told it would be less and also the monthly payment for having to put the $2700 in to the car since I did not have the money to pay, I told your finance manager Marlon to give me the car I came in with so I can leave which he refused to do , at this point I had not signed any paper to take delivery of the car. you're saying that I should not have taken delivery of a car I did not want. What part of "i did not agree to the car" is hard for you to understand? your employees need a lesson in customer service and integrity. I bring my business to your dealership after you sent a promotion for me to bring my car in for a new lease with "no money down" "no wear and tear and early termination fees" and also to erase the negativity equity on my current lease which I confirm with one of your employees by phone the day that I came in .Your manager Mario did not inform me about the negative equity until two days later when he had me come in with the notion that he would be replacing the car to give me a better deal. you don't want to accept the fact that your men did wrong and im very disgusted by this. I was told by Marlon your finance manager before I signed those papers with him that the deal had been done hours prior to me sitting with him and he was just final step. this was after I was initially  told by Steven the sales person that  i could still change my mind if I didn't like what I heard when I sat with Marlon, which I did. Your manager Mario even told Marlon your finance person to give me back the car so I could leave to which Marlon replies " that car is grounded" "the deal was done hours ago" " its not in your name anymore" and refused to give me the car I came in with even started packing up his things to leave , which again was before I even signed those papers with him. How dare you try to insinuate that this issue is simply me changing me mind. we are not talking about a sweater I bought from your dealership we are talking about a car that I did not take from your dealership until I was forced to do. if all this information was disclosed to me beforehand I would have walked out the dealership. your men saw a young naive woman and decided to take advantage of me which they did. I don't care whether Nemet accepts responsibility or not. I will find a resolve to this nightmare your dealership has created for me. I bet the manager Mario did not disclose to you that he told me to come back in 7 months from the day that,  i took the car and he completely wipe out the negative equity he put into the new car with out my knowledge and which was the reason I came in the first place and put me into a brand new car. Your Salesperson Steven was just as shocked as I was when I found out that the negative equity had been put into the new car to which your manager Mario said " I assume you knew". why would I know that if it wasn't disclosed to me? had I been given the correct information from the start I would've walked out the moment I found out and given you people you car back in April of 2016 when my lease was going to end. your employees manipulated me, it does not matter what you believe you were not there and that is a fact! I personally contact a few people from their reviews who had similar experiences on separate websites and their stories are very similar to mine. its dealerships like yours that have bad reputations with public( your reviews speak for themselves) that give the honest dealerships a bad name. Shame on you Mr. P[redacted] or however you spell your name Scott. Shame on your employees and shame on your dealership. you're acting like this is the first time this happened , this is very similar to my first experience with your dealership in 2013 when I got the first lease and you are aware of that. I have witnesses that were in the room when I was on the phone call with you when you offered me $400 to "settle the issue" which I rejected. why go to that length is you don't believe your dealership was in the wrong. My new friends and I have already spoken to a media outlet who is very interested in our story. you don't have to change your position cause I will not stop until justice is served. you can pull out your contracts and your paperwork because that's all you have to go on and what your employees have told you. that is not the truth and this is not the end of my Campaign. Shame on you Nemet.
