Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While this is a seemly sincere apology, ORHP still have not supplied us with any actionable solutions to our problemToday, I was not able to get in contact with either of the supervisors listed in this email; I left messages and did not receive any calls backI was contacted by a dispatcher from ORHP who informed me that they are working on the next step to repair yet another part in our unit and that she has no information on how long we would have to wait for this next part or when I would hear from a supervisorShe also informed me that the second contractor on our case was at our home and replacing parts on Saturday, July 15th after we were told on July 14th by an ORHP employee, [redacted] , via a recorded and saved voicemail, that the contractor doesn't "want to touch our unit...make the repairs"This contractor was at our home making repairs without any notification from ORHP or the contractor itself I have attached a timeline on events in hopes to simply the navigation of our case Again, we would simply like to cash-out with ORHP, with an agreeable amount to replace our unit, so that we do not have to work with the warranty company or its independent contractors any further Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As the attached work order/invoice shows it was a subcontractor of Old Republic sent under WARRANTY COVERAGE that installed the water heater If it was a faulty installation or not to code, Old Republic is responsible for the work their subcontractors do under their work orders They are basically trying not to be responsible for the work they send people to do.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The air conditioner was fixed on July 10th, but ONLY after I provided my Revdex.com complaint and told Old Republic that I had filed a complaintOn July 9th, after filing the complaint, I was told by Old Republic that they had not ordered the partThey authorized the local dealer to pick up the part, which he had asked to do over a week earlier, and Old Republic told him that it would be orderedWe called daily, and each representative told us the part was ordered, but no one would give us a tracking numberOnly after they were told I had filed a complaint, a supervisor finally started working on the problemEven on the day of the 9th, it took eight hours and two calls from me for Old Republic to call me back with a solution (even though this same supervisor said he would call within the hour)I am sure that if I had not involved the Revdex.com that Old Republic would have continued to stall and not have fixed the air conditionerWe do not appreciate the deceptive nature of customer service agents telling us day after day a part had been ordered, when indeed, it never had beenPutting a part into "order query" and actually ordering/shipping are different thingsOur home sat at almost degrees for days because Old Republic refused to allow the tech to purchase the part and do his jobIn the end, the Revdex.com complaint forced Old Republic to get the job done
